Love getting my nails done here! I'm very picky when it comes to getting my nails done, picking colors. I have only gone to Mylie to get them done, but she is awesome! She's so sweet and patient and will swatch several colors to make sure I'm happy.  The spa itself is very clean and spacious and the prices are worth the service.Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

This was my first experience getting my nails done in a salon. The salon was very clean and the staff were friendly. It wasn't too busy weekday afternoon, and it was overall a pleasant ambiance. Ms. Tracy was so patient and did exactly what I asked for almond shaped nude acrylic nails plus a soak off removal. She was very gentle and took her time with the job; at no point did I feel rushed. I have been going here for years. I have gone through a few aestheticians over the years.  Lately, I have been going to Daniel. I usually call early the day I want to be serviced to set my appointment.  The last time I came in for Daniel, I did just that. Never had a problem before. Today, he's already working on someone else. I thought maybe they are going to pass off the person he was servicing to someone else since his regular was there.  Nope.  So I thought that was a sign from the  Universe that I needed to give someone else a try.  I began going to Bella. She manages her own schedule. The first few appointments were rocky as we acclimated one to the other. I began bringing in my own tools for her to use on me. During my last visit with her, using my own tools became such an issue that I could see that she was visibly irritated. I had like 4 or 5 cuticle cutters for her to choose from, a few a professional grade.  She didn't like any of my stuff. Not a problem. In her irritation, she told me she would send me a link to buy the stuff she likes to use. I wasn't understanding the issue. When I realized how worked up she was getting over using my fools, I told her she didn't have to use them. It wasn't that serious for me. It's just since COVID, I had gotten in the habit of carrying my own.  Too late. By then, she was in a full meltdown and she never recovered. When she finished my service, she retreated to the back and never returned to even check me out. I texted her so I could give her a tip. No response. I don't blame her. I chalked it up to age and emotional maturity.  I discovered Jessica next. She's a young girl but she's good. I set an appointment with her today for 1:45. I arrived right at 1:50 or so. She had a customer already. One who said my appointment was hers. I thought okay, well let me verify my name and phone number and this person should be handed to the next person so Jessica can service me.  Nope.  It is worth noting that Risana used to have an American woman who handled their reception. She kept everything and everyone in check. She understood american customs and I'd wager that while she didn't speak Vietnamese, she understood their culture, too. She knew how to work with them and the customers. They haven't had that in sometime and are in desperate need of that type of personality. The young girl serving as receptionist now is very passive. Hell, everyone is. If someone shows us for an appointment, I don't care who eased in their chair, honor the appointment. If not, why let customers set them?  I won't be back to Risana. I'm over it.  I can only recommend this place if you are flexible with time, don't care who services you and have low expectations. If that's not you, go somewhere else.

My nails are pretty and I like them I guess but I was definitely overcharged for some basic acrylic and simple line work for $90…. It should’ve been at most $60 I payed the $90 still but it honestly feels like she put in a large tip thinking she wasn’t going to get one so I didn’t tip for these because $90 really is ridiculous so a simple set that she finished in like 30 minutes. I've been here twice now - once for dip nails and once for a pedicure with regular polish. Both were great experiences! Both nail techs were very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. For the dip, the nail tech double checked with me to make sure I would like the color of the dip I chose before putting it on my nails. For the pedicure, the nail tech did a great job with one of my toenails that tends to get ingrown. Also, the prices are very reasonable.will def be going back!

The staff is wonderful. Tina and Bella did an amazing job on my nails and was very sweet and kind! I've been going to Risana Day Spa for my nails and I'm so happy with my nails every time they all ways make them so pretty. They're always really friendly. Pleased with the happy gel manicure.

I have found a new salon and will definitely be back. My nails no longer chip or break and great overall experience! Almost with Risana Day Spa never let me down and Mike has seen me the two times and is great, love his personality! Great service, friendly and helpful. Had a great experience, I got a manicure done and it came out perfect.

Nice team and very clean job ,Both manicures and fingernails were very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. It's been quite a while since I've taken the time to care for my nails. I came to Risana Day Spa and everyone was so nice when I entered. Great customer service and awesome vibes! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

Absolutely love my nails when they were done at Risana Day Spa, 10/10 recommend! I got the dip nails by Tina and they looked perfect! Ideal for me, as I can't always select a certain time as so busy, so I often do the 'walk,-in's'. They have a beautiful salon and we can always count on them to do a fantastic job. I have really enjoyed my visits here.

After trying several places and not being satisfied for what I payed, I’ve finally found my go-to spot. All the nail techs are very friendly, take their time, and my nails look so pretty every time. Very nice and relaxing environment. I will definitely keep coming back.
