Rita's Florists or Rita's Flowers I think is the same company. Rita's Florists took my money but did not deliver the flowers I paid for. They were for my Mother on Mothers Day and she had three strokes and just wanted some pretty flowers to brighten up her room and they took that away from her!! I am beyond angry and have called several times and sent messages by email and no answer back! Now I am getting my bank involved b/c of fraud!! My wish is that they go out of business before doing this to other people!
Rita's Flowers in Solvang is a wonderful place to purchase all different types of floral arrangements for all occasions! Rita & Breanna are extremely efficient and professional at what they do. **Please do NOT get this company mixed up with the flower delivery service called "Rita's Florist". They are an online flower delivery service that has apparently ticked a lot of people off.**

Had a beautiful experience with Rita yesterday... her reviews tugged my heartstrings and I knew Rita's Flowers was going to be my first stop in looking for a funeral spray... I needed to look no further. I shared with her beautiful funeral arrangements I had seen at other services -- turns out, she made them! Thank you, Rita! You made yesterday extra special.
Rita is the best and my family has used her for years for all our events & flower needs. And she has always done a beautiful job & delivers them herself! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her work. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews they are for the wrong company! What a shame.
They canceled my Mother's Day order for my mother in law the day that they were supposed to be delivered, without so much as a phone call or email, and now are refusing to answer me! They won't answer my emails, they won't pick up the phone when I call and they won't return my voicemails. Sounds like my next step is the Better Business Bureau, since they don't want to care for their customers directly. If zero stars was an option, that's what they would receive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Today is our daughter's 24th birthday, she lives in Solvang, CA and we live in Oregon. After a little research, we decided to give our business to Rita's Flowers, and she delivered the most beautiful bouquet that brightened our birthday girl's day - making sure she knows how much she is loved from 919 miles away. This doesn't even deserve a star at all! I paid for my best friend to have flowers at his moms funeral and they never showed up!!! What kind of low life people could do such an evil thing to anyone? Needless to say we never got them and I was the only one that had flowers from her son. Quite pathetic! I wish someone would find these people!! Also you cant get a refund because they are scamming you for $!
