The children and I went to ROYERSFORD RITAS ON Sat. 9/21/19 we were so disappointed with our water ice and our ice cream it tasted like it was old very old it really was HORRIBLE !! I never had any problems there before but this time was really bad !!! Going to call manger !!!
I drove out of my way to come to ritas instead of my local ice cream shop by my daughter's request. Place is supposed to be open from noon-9 today but it is closed now without any sign of life inside. I am walking away with a disappointed little girl. Update your hours Rita's. They hours are not posted outside so I can only go by the Google results.
