Pharmacist was very rude. My pain script she kept it because dr did not fill my date of birth and address. She was supposed to call Monday till Thursday no call they want client to die in pain no any other concerns at all .
The pharmacist here is wonderful. She was kind and helpful on a busy Saturday. She was dealing with COVID tests at the drive through and regular customers. Thank you for all that you have been doing.
The pharmacy staff has the worst attitude. They don't like to do their job. Don't get your prescriptions sent/filled here. Wish I could give them zero stars. I have been filling prescriptions here for almost 4 years now and the attitude I have received in person and over the phone recently when I was nothing but polite is absolutely unprofessional. I have witnessed them do the same thing to many other customers. I will never fill a prescription here again and for your sake, I hope you choose another pharmacy as well. Disgusting behavior.
There was not a long queue, the store had the product I needed, and the sale was processed quickly even with a coupon by a knowledgeable and friendly associate.
Very convenient location. plenty of parking. Open 24 hours. Clean space. But very less staff, so don't expect any help or advice
Store is clean and tidy. However, my concern is about the pharmacy, they do not respect the privacy of the customers. They will always ask from a distance loudly your date of birth and other personal information when picking up the medicine. I have observed customers getting uncomfortable. They should respect the customers privacy.
Worst pharmacy experience I’ve EVER had!!! Rite Aid Corp. should really request that this entire pharmacy staff go through customer service training. You wait forever for service. There is no attempt to treat anyone like a human being to build customer loyalty. The rudeness starts from the head pharmacist down. I was actually told that it will be a couple of hours to fill a prescription, fine. When I asked for a approximate time, No clue and no answer. REALLY NO ANSWER! Come back 24 hrs later and there was a problem. The prescription still not filled and after requesting all my information, you couldn’t call me? DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PHARMACY!! Never had a problem with purchasing any items up front.
I overheard Pharmacist telling technicians not to fill/complete any prescriptions because its 5pm and don't want take more load because long weekend coming and they want to leave early. So pathetic management. My little one wanted those medicines today and technician told me,"We have these medications but can't fill them today. It will be after 2 days". Wow Never coming back and shared this experience with my community group too. They're loosing business.

Employee are disrespectful toward a customer, how bad they are treat different ethnic group, remember this country is made by an Immigrant’s All are same as humans not matter what white , black , Asian, and other ethnic should be treated as same way
