This Rite Aid has great customer service. The staff is kind, will do their best to help you, they know their product and will help you find a particular item you were looking for, and the staff at the pharmacy are some of the best in town. The only con about the staff is that one of them at the checkout is not very bright. I tried to explain something about 3 or 4 different times using different methods and the person at the checkout still did not understand when most people would. I would recommend to Rite Aid that they look at resumes a little closer. Despite that rosauers has one of the best pharmacies in town. They keep their store clean, organized, well lit, and customer-friendly in general. Some of the categories in the store are very well priced, but other categories as most stores are highly overpriced. The selection is average for this type of store. The checkout despite the previously mentioned cons is quick and efficient.
My medication’s are sent to me by FedEx. This is the second time that I’ve been notified my medication‘s were ready and I have called on Friday only to find out they’ve not been sent out. I got notified earlier in the week that they were ready. This seems to be incompetence on the part of the pharmacy.
They have amazing deals- whether it’s makeup or seasonal items. The pharmacy there goes above and beyond what any pharmacy needs to do. Every member of the staff is exceptionally friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I rarely write reviews but after moving to Rite Aid from Walgreens closest to drive to I completely regret the decision. The employees at the pharmacy in Rite Aid are impolite, non-discrete and uninformed. I was asked over 4 times about my daughters birthday and other personal information loudly over the 6ft counters. Then I received no inclination that they were getting the prescription ready. I just had to wait and watch. They never said anything along the lines of “ it will be just a minute “ or “ we’ll call your name when it’s ready. “ I’m going back to Walgreens where they care about their customers and quality of service.
Great service and great personality clean bathroom
Prices are poorly labeled as "buy one get one free" but at the resister end up being full price unless you have their card. Major restrictions like that should be clearly labeled not kept hidden until the register.
The phamacy employee is very friendly.
Super friendly, clean and easy to go shopping. A little more expensive than some of their competition, but they have good deals often!
Pharmacy staff is amazing and always willing to answer questions. Very professional and friendly.
