Great store! Everything  I need!

Absolutely horrible. I usually love Rite Aid and spend quite a bit of money in there. I went in with my boyfriend today with the same intention of spending well over $80-$100. Well, that was short lived because after I had grabbed a few hygiene items for myself, Security comes up to me and tells me that the management doesn't want me in the store. I asked "Why?" in absolute astonishment only to have him respond with "I don't know" He asked if I ever got caught stealing in there and I said "Absolutely not" Which is true. I almost started to cry from shear embarrassment and from feeling  absolutely disrespected. I mean.... if they actually had a reason to kick me out, which they didn't, why couldn't they have just come up to me, like any other store would've done, and asked me themselves instead of calling security to kick me out. The security guard was super kind hearted though and even apologized to me numerous times and told me he didn't feel right having to do that. I mean.... their loss cuz obviously my boyfriend and I didn't purchase anything there after that and we will NEVER spend any more money there EVER, without an apology for their rudeness. If they apologized then MAYBE I would consider going back in there but I doubt that will ever happen from the completely rude and disrespectful staff that works there.

5 stars for the pharmacy specifically. Been coming here for years and now even though I live in Los Angeles, I still use this location. I tried some other Rite Aids close to me and had awful experiences, so I stick to what is good! The pharmacists are amazing as are the rest of the pharmacy staff. They always do their best to help me.

I have shopped at this store for many years. The staff has always been polite and helpful. There is an older lady that is especially cheerful & sweet. However this location has an ongoing issue with the freezer not working properly. It is very difficult to buy  icecream when it is on sale because they don't have it in stock!! I have spoken to the manager about this numerous times. His response is that the corporate office won't pay to properly fix the freezer. I have began shopping at the Rite Aid on Ventura Ave. because the management is much more responsive to customer concerns!!

Very understanding Rite Aid pharmacist today who greatly helped and filled a prescription efficiently in spite of my dentist constant mistakes that he often makesDr.Pham.  Also my Covid record was amended. And got my booster shot as well. Never thought of that either!

The staff went out of their way to be rude the point where she would not even hand me my receipt. I wont be returning to such a in group abusive environment.

This has been the 'neighborhood pharmacy' for my family and myself for close to 50 years now, back to the days it was a Drug King. It's close proximity to my home has been the only reason I have continued to have Rx filled there over the years as quality and service have declined. Expect Rx's to not be filled even when you go to pick them up a few hours after you were assured they would be ready. Expect there to be at least a few people ahead of you, with 2, maybe 3 people working, but only one at the register HIPPA. Expect to learn more about your Rx from the printed handout than you do from the pharmacists' verbal council. And after my most recent experience, I'd advise you to make sure the pills that are contained inside each bottle match the description and quantity printed on that bottles label, preferably at the counter after paying if no one is waiting see above, and also to do a web search on Rite Aid prescription errors. If you are looking for a pharmacy to fill an Rx, I feel you could easily do better elsewhere. If you need ice-cream, it's frickin' great!

Just moved to Ventura had to transfer some medications and rite aid was very flexible and super professional definitely happy with the services from pharmacy very thorough.

When you call, be prepared to listen to a 5 minute recording about Covid 19 before you even get to the menu.  I'll save you some time: 1 is for refills, 3 is for the pharmacy, 4 is if you're a doctor, and 5 is for general store related.

Very very rude employees and very prejudice they judge u im summing by the way you look every time I go in to that store I have a employee following me every where i go i never in my life have ever stole anything from any store I have the most cleanest record and for them to treat me like that is very prejudice to me..
