One star for Rite Aid pharmacy due to the disrespectful, unprofessional and unreliable customer service. The waiting time of phone call for refill, store, drive through usually from 20-50 minutes. The reception employ young lady talked to customers with irritation and terrible attitude. I know this place used to friendly and  helpful pharmacy. Sadly, not any more.

Pharmacy service has turned into complete garbage here. My doctor called in a prescription for me yesterday, and a full day afterward there was no sign on my online account, texts or voicemail that it was being filled. So I tried to call the pharmacy, and spent 40 min on hold.  When I just showed up in person at the drive-through, I waited for at least another 15 minutes for them to actually talk to me. And then I was straight up ignored when I asked a question. This is after months of them not bothering to ask for refills from my doctors when I run out of prescriptions

Very clean and convenient store, great place to shop but avoid the pharmacy. The pharmacy service turned to absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely rude. I should read the reviews about this pharmacy location long time ago. Several  experiences due to the covid test, flu shot and simply picking up the prescription. Long waiting time on the phone 40 minutes each time, non acknowledgment for drive through waited in car for 20 minutes and rang the bell without any acknowledgment from anyone, and in store communication was impolite and unprofessional. Switching to other pharmacy already. Kindly remind others who don’t have hours to waste and don’t want to be treated by impolite customer service.

Store is extremely clean and associates are very friendly.

I showed up for my Covid test appointment and after waiting at the window for 20 minutes was told to “come back tomorrow”.  This place is sooooo understaffed and slow. Whenever we visit this pharmacy it takes at least 30 minutes to wait in line just to pick up meds already filled.  Don’t waist your time and just go to a different place.

I like Rite Aide, it's convenience,  clean , sometimes it can get crowded but the staff works very efficiently..plus it's the closest to where I live....another pharmacy is close to me..but like I said, rather Rite Aide

The customer service here is usually okay and the staff courteous, however today me and my friend were treated beyond disrespectful and rude. The associate named Mervis seemed to want to share her misery or unhappiness with life with us today and after calling her manager to speak with my friend, lied about doing so. She also came from around the counter in a threatening manner to approach my friend which is totally unacceptable.The manager was worthless and did nothing and she seemed to know he wouldnt given her behavior. I believe some of this is due to the fact that I am a white man and my friend is a black woman and Mervis has a personal issue with that. This experience affected my friend and veteran, and myself greatly. You never know what others are going through. Someone like this should not work with the public. Seems a better fit for jail or a warehouse. Neither of us will ever shop at this Rite Aid again. Disgusting experience.

The customer service isn't 10/10 all the time but I'm sure they strive for it.

The manager Ashley was so polite to me at this store. I will go here every time just to visit her. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long while. Knowledgable and helpful, just the best.

Favorite RiteAid to go to. Always friendly associates and they remember me when I walk in.
