Their pharmacists are great. They have answered all my questions when I have them. In one case, one of the pharmacists talked to me for a half hour after I had a bad reaction to a prescription. They care about their clients.
They were very helpful and friendly. I wish the had carts for the handicap so i could shop longer.
The staff are fine, but most of my scripts are automatically refilled, and when my doctor sends in my scripts there almost always not in stock.and being a diabetic this is a concerning to me,sometimes I have to wait 4-5 days to get my insulin!!
Schedule a flu shot online. Got to the store guess what? Oh we don't have any flu shots. I don't know how they let you schedule when we didn't have any to give. Guess what? Either do I. It's your system. Went to Kroger's with no appointment and got the shot.
Every month Right Aid runs out of my Vimpat. I am prescribed Vimpat to help control my Epilepsy. If I don't have it I will have violent seizures. So every month I sit for days waiting for rite aid to refill the stock. Hopefully I don't have any seizures waiting on my refill yet again!!!! Seriously considering switching pharmacy
Takes hours to get my prescription. I went back to my old pharmacy in Carey. I can drive to Carey get my prescription filled and drive back to Fostoria before Rite Aid would have it ready for me. Not happy with the service. Sad to say but true.
Good discounts on holiday items after. The holiday
Employees are super nice. Very clean store. Can be a little much in price. Pharmacy is always slow and behind. Takes hours to get prescriptions ready.
Dr. faxed prescription, 2 hrs later it still wasn't ready. Several other customers had same issue. I don't have this problem at other Rite Aid pharmacies.
Sitting here in the drive thru waiting on a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5 what a joke.
