I am leaving my initial review below so that people can see how things have changed since Walgreens, and it's new store manager have taken over most recently . I needed customer service help this morning for a Western Union . The cashier called the manager . I clearly heard the manager on the phone, she told the cashier that she was "a bit busy," and to tell the customer that's me that "[I] couldn't be helped at this moment, and to come back in an hour." For anyone that doesn't know this area, there aren't any other stores that provide the same service, without going into another town. I'd like to add that they did this, and told me to come back in an hour, on a day where a major snow storm has already started, and the whole eastern half of Massachusetts is trying to prepare for it this morning, before we're snowed in until Friday, two days from now. I'll be limiting my shopping here, as much as possible. I certainly won't know what to give them my money without thinking twice about it. The prices aren't the best, but the selection can't eat meat for medical supplies, Pharmacy needs, and General Health and Wellness items. It's not my favorite place, and it's not my least favorite place. I found some of the other review is here to be a bit harsh, given my own experiences here. I've been here many times and I have never had a problem.
I love it they give me the best service ever. And they are so helpful. In the pharmacy. They.know me by name. And they care
Would likely be a good place, if they knew how to properly count medication so it lasted you the amount of time it's meant to. And then they get annoyed with you when you point out the problem to them, and they're quick to blame someone else for it. I'll be finding another pharmacy.
The team at the pharmacy has always treated us with extra care and respect. They go out of their way to take care of us and to make sure we are getting the best price we can for our medication. We really appreciate their extra support and care.
Staff was incredibly helpful and well-mannered. Never would I have expected to walk into a rite aid and be helped with such courtesy and kindness, and I will guarantee than whenever I am in the area, this store will be where I will do my business.
The pharmacist is one of the most condescending people I have ever come across. I will never have another prescription filled at this location again. She is rude, unhelpful and disrespectful, and by the looks of the reviews, I am not the only person that thinks this way. I will gladly go right down the street to a pharmacy that treats its customers with respect and that is thankful for my my business. Rite-aid is now going to miss out on all the extra cash I spend on items waiting for my prescriptions.
First time using this pharmacy. The tech I spoke to promised that my medication would be ready by the end of the day and that they would call me. This location is open until 9pm. I waited until 8:30pm, and then called. The phone rang, and rang, and rang, then sent me back to the beginning. This happened about 4x. I finally pressed the "hear hours" key, and guess what the pharmacy is closed! So I don't get the medication I needed and was promised! Great first experience. Thanks, guys.
I had a great experience at Rite Aid in Pepperell, particularly with the Walgreens pharmacy. I called ahead to make sure they had flu shots available and the pharmacy phone was answered in one ring and the pharmacist was extremely pleasant and helpful. After confirming the shots were in, I headed over to get mine. Again, the pharmacist was pleasant, efficient and very informative. She thanked me for getting my shot with them, and she told me that for every flu shot they give they donate one to someone in need. That’s great!
Great for local grabs but prescription wise forget it after 2 years of them never getting it right the best thing for this town was pepperell family pharmacy opening.
Friendly personable Pharmacist and Technicians. Always nice to be greeted with a smile. Keep it up!
