I have known the people in the pharmacy for years and it doesnt get any better than this. Superior knowledge and kind, caring and friendly service.
Wow! What a terrible experience. The girl working the window her name tag read Gracie was the most unpleasant and rudest pharmacy assistant I have ever dealt with. No smile and she actually rolled her eyes several times when performing HER JOB. I'm sorry she has to work at work. I was picking up for children who receive Medicaid so I don't know if that was the issue, but man she was extremely hateful. One of the medications had a copay so when I inquired about that because I have never paid for amoxicillin. Definitely not an issue to pay for it as I told the girl, I just wanted to know why there was a cost, what medication, and for which child. The man working actually said to me "the medication costs us more than$10". After figuring out good rx where the girl about had a nervous breakdown when asked to use it, it saved me $12 dollars. Worst experience ever, we will be switching these kids to CVS.
I hadn't been to Rite Aid for a good while since some of them turned into Walgreens. The new Rite Aid pharmacy employees are much nicer and helpful than the ones before. I used to go there before but stopped because of rude and disrespectful people working there. Now it's like a whole new store. I now get my prescriptions at Rite Aid! Thanks for the friendly service! I recommend giving them your business if you haven't been in a while, it's Way better than before!
Get a new exterior group to handle your landscape and snow needs . Kbs is so much better . Springwise tried to pay me 40$ to mow your site and I'm supposed to pay taxes and gas ans help out of this .. hahaha this is why stores end up hating the lawn company because the exterior Groups keep all the money ans offer 30$ to mow a comercial site...
I had a wonderful experience with this store! We live 2 1/2 hours away from Marietta. My son forgot his medication at home, he was on his way to Marietta College for basketball camp. I called the store and explained our situation, I spoke with a kind young man named Zach and the pharmacist on duty, I wish I caught his name this was the morning of 6/20/22 he was SO kind as well. They said they would figure it out and get back to me within 30 minutes. It was more like ten minutes and they handled everything! His emergency prescriptions were ready before he even made it to Marietta! I’m BEYOND grateful! Thank you Rite Aid staff!!!!!
I love the Rite Aid store in Marietta. Everyone is always so pleasant and some even know your name. A great hometown store with a hometown appeal. Chase was awesome.
There is not one employee in the Marietta Rite Aid store that treats any customers with disrespect! All employees treat & greet everyone that enters the store! We to are short handed & are working double shifts & working 12 days straight, So with that said please think of the still working people that are out there! And Thank you all for supporting our store! And hope you all stay safe!!
I had been going to this pharmacy since 2013 when the pharmacy I was going to stopped taking my insurance. Over the years I've had little problems here and there but none were severe enough to make me want to switch pharmacies until today. In June my doctor started me on testosterone injections because I had a large deficiency and Rite Aid filled it the first two times with no issues. Now for the past 2 weeks I've been trying to get it filled and they wouldn't fill it. Calling on the phone got me nowhere so I went in and they told me that the insurance needed a prior auth to cover it which my doctor provided. Long story short it wasn't what they needed after all and rather than contacting me to let me know so I could look into other options with my doctor they chose to keep quiet and not say anything which ultimately resulted in me having to pay out of pocket for it which never should have happened. The people in the pharmacy have no sympathy for their customers at all. This is something that had I gone without could've made me sick. I officially switched pharmacies today and am never looking back. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY!
This rite aid pharmacy is always so nice and quick. They answer any questions I have and get me in and out very quick!
My trouble started in 2015 when my dad needed liquid medications to go in his feeding tube. I would take the prescription in, the lady would say "We don't have that," and hand it back. There was no customer service. There was no, "Let me see what we can do for you." I had to ask if they could order it, and she gave me a look and said they could, then snatched it out of my hand. This went on for the 11 months that my dad needed liquid medication. Once a month, every month. One time I lost my cool. When she said, "We don't have that," I said, "We do this every time, and I know you can get it, so could you please get it?" The last straw for me was yesterday. I pick up my own monthly prescriptions there, and I was told, "We don't have it." I showed her the text message saying it was ready for me to pick up. "Well you didn't pick it up so we put it back." The text said it would be available until a certain date, and I was there well before that date. I am taking my business elsewhere. It's ridiculous.
