Rite aid is the best for ice cream, pharmacy, and their sales! Heather one of the employees made my trip to rite aid so much more as my arms were full and she ran over to me to ask if I needed help, I said no but she insisted so I let her help. Thank you for this amazing trip.

Love coming to Rite Aid. employees are always helpful & kind  Heather & maria always  take me to the product  im looking  for. Jesus always  checks  us out fast he is so nice.

I always enjoy the convenience and cleanliness of this Rite Aid on Lakeshore Ave. in Lake Elsinore. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I also shop at Clinton Keith Rite Aid in Wildomar, both staffs are amazing.

I always have a great experience in this store. Heather and Maria always make sure my needs are met when I’m in the store. Daniel, Samuel and Jesus make sure I’m in and out . Over all great experience.

Went to rite aid cause I just moved into my new apartment and I needed things and the worker by the name of Maria was so helpful, she actually took me to each aisle that I needed to be at. Super awesome!!!

Honestly went in there with my family to get ice cream. I usually go there but this time my experience was different the lady who assisted us was amazing great customer service although she had a big line she was so nice and took her time with us! Thank You

The workers are rude. Especially Daniel. I would avoid it and go elsewhere if possible. The customers are weird but the workers are just plain rude for no reason. I understand you don’t like your job but I didn’t do anything wrong so why be unkind to me?

This is the best rite aid ever!!! Had a problem with a urgent care facility in carlsbad.  Rite Aid wasn't too helpful. Never helped. Rite aid in LakeElsinore went the extra mile. Love them for all they do!!!

The lady who is a manager or supervisor,  is a great helper Heather my daughter just told me her name, even when she’s busy doing so many things at once She still manages to ask if we need help & helps us find exactly what we are looking for. We only go there because of her, others don’t seem to want to be there half the time. She’s the reason I gave 4 stars because it matters how employees treat customers, otherwise I would have given 2 stars.
