I wish I could have gotten the name of the pharmacy tech who was very rude yesterday when I attempted to pick my sons medications up. As I was attempted to explain my situation she kept Rudely interrupting me and trying to talk over me even though she was very wrong and ultimately didn’t know what she was talking about. And then attempted to criticize me and try to embarrass me in front of other customers. Needless to say by the time I left she had to be the one embarrassed. I definitely will be looking for another pharmacy. very unprofessional

the pharmacy does not give good attention call to ask and they tell you that it is ready come and they tell you to wait 30 minutes bad service

Always get medicines I need when they are filled and have no problems with the people who work there they are all nice people

Best rite aid ever, the young lady ivanna was so helpful and knowledgeable, she seemed very caring. Shows she really cares about her community. :

I called from the provider's office, first, I was on hold for way too long. When I finally got the pharmacist or pharm tech on the line I proceeded to ask for a medication list on a patient, I need confirmation on spelling for 2 out of 10/11. pharm tech proceeds to talk nasty regarding people not being able to spell. She should check herself because she couldn't even pronounce hydrothiazide hydrochlorothiazide. She also didn't clarify how often the patient is taking the medication until I asked. Very unprofessional. Here's a tip want to talk smack put me on hold or put yourself on mute sweetie before you embarrass yourself again. You're more than welcome to check my spelling now.

Arrogant, abusive pharmacists ,refused to fill my daughters prescription and then shamed and threaten her whith the police when she was justifiably upset..manager of store was also rude and dismissive, completely unprofessional, petty and vindictive people.

The staff there are some of the best I've ever seen in retail. Very respectful, caring and very helpful. Sadly the cooler has been out for over 2 weeks with no end in sight.

Thanks so much for filling my RX tonight because my pharmacy at home was already closed. Thank you for being so helpful and considerate. Thanks to the pharmacist and the 2 young ladies working there.
