Celine the pharmacy manager is so patient, kind, generous and does it all while being completely understaffed.  She has gone out of her way to help me for over a week, get a prescription that was hard to get authorized by insurance.  I will follow her wherever she goes.

I usually get texts when my prescriptions are ready. I didn’t this time. I tried calling into the pharmacy quite a few times over the past few days to confirm. Not once did anyone pick up the phone. I decided to head over to to see if they had my Rx. There was one pharmacist working and she looked really frazzled. My Rx was there, and there was a copay due. I said I never once had to pay a copay before. She said she could try to look into this but I’d have to come back tomorrow. I then informed her how no one picked up the phone when I called over the past few days. She said “Look around you. There’s no one here to pick up the phone. I’ve been working here for a month and I’m ready to quit.” Then she apologized and said she felt bad for the customers. I shrugged and paid my unjust copay and left. Looks like I’ll be finding a new pharmacy. It’s a shame, they used to be very on point.

Lexy the pharmacy manger is the best ever!! As busy as they are she went out of her way to get a prescription I needed filled before a work trip tomorrow that needed another pre-authorization from my doctor.  SHe went above and beyond and I am most grateful!!

Great store, love it here!

This store has a completely different vibe in the evenings than during the day. Chloe. The cashier at the pharmacy,  was rude to both my daughter when she tried to pick up her prescription and then myself when I returned to pick it up.  The pharmacist,  not Ben, was also not friendly.  I always have a great experience in the mornings and when Ben, the Full Time Pharmacist is there. Never an issue with him. He's always friendly and helpful.. Scripts are always correct and ready. Can't say that for their e ending crew.  Even the cashier at the front of the store was too busy to even look up from her phone to greet me.

So rude!!!! The only nice person was the front cashier that has been replaced with aggressive women on my last visit! The location is so convenient but I prefer to drive to other places and be treated with respect.

Just nothing to buy there as this place is so understocked. It is very sad to see this place get worse and worse. They don't even have coke for days. Absolutely understaffed. Giving two stars because 1. their location is nice 2. the front cashier is friendly all the time.

I used to really enjoy going to this location but now I dread having to pick up my prescriptions. The male pharmacists have always been fairly quick and actually seem to care if there’s a line of people waiting. The female, however, has to be the worst pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. She has nearly been enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I’ve seen her yell at people waiting in the drive-thru and she always seems absolutely miserable. The employees are painfully slow and are too busy having conversations to help all of the people waiting in line. I sat there waiting forever on one occasion because the woman at the register was showing a customer pictures of her dog. I always call a day in advance and wait until I receive the text notification that my prescriptions are ready but, even then, it takes them way too long. I don’t know how some of these people have jobs.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered.  They just leave u on hold or hang up.  The workers in the pharmacy so rude.  I only go there because it’s close by.  Don’t go there unless u have no choice.  I’ve been on hold all morning just left hanging or hung on.  Terrible customer service.  I miss CVS in Broomall they were wonderful.
