I never thought i would write a review about a pharmacy but the service is horrible. They never have more than 2 people working there and most of the time it's 1. The pharmacist are rude especially the forien lady that works in the mornings. Waiting 20 minutes to get help in the drive thru today before going in. Say it's a shortage of people but meijer don't have that problem. Goodbye rite aid I'm done. Stick a fork in me!

Writing this review as I am on hold for the pharmacy.  So far it's been 12 minutes!  My question could have been answered ten times if they'd just answer the phone!  Worst pharmacy ever. The store part is great, but this pharmacy is a complete joke and will be finding a new one very soon.

I have been going to Rite Aid in Bridgman for over 15 years. My prescriptions are always ready on time with auto-refill and when the doctors office calls them in. The pharmacist is always helpful and friendly even when things get hectic.

This pharmacy is a disaster. If the pharmacist isn’t busy freaking out in front of customers due to them being short staffed, they’re calling you to tell you you’re prescription is ready only to show up and be told “it’ll be another half hour.” 5 times in a row now I’ve been told my prescription is ready only to show up and be told it’s not. I’ll be switching back to my previous pharmacy.

Don't waste your time at this pharmacy. I waited over 1 hr for a flu vaccine and was then told to come back tomorrow because they were too busy. I was also told that my flu vaccine needed to come to room temperature before he could give it. Which is not true. I went the next day to the coloma location and my appointment was complete in less than 7 minutes.

Person working over the counter was extremely kind and understanding about my purchase. I used the pick up option and everything was there and the timing was amazing. Would highly go there again. Was very clean organized and the person working the counter is the reason I’m very pleased with my trip.

After using this pharmacy for years, our family will be taking our business elsewhere. We have been experiencing repeated issues with prescriptions not being filled when promised, sometimes for days. We have also been shorted pills in those prescriptions, which required a return trip to the pharmacy to rectify. If you get your prescription filled at this pharmacy, check them over to make sure you are getting the right quantity and the right medication.

Wrong medication dosage given; said medication was ready on the phone, got there and they said not ready until tomorrow. Four days wasted, gross negligence bordering on criminality due to insufficient staffing. This Rite-Aid pharmacy is not a safe place to get medication. It needs to be either adequately staffed or shut down. It is not safe.

Received a notification at 1:30 that a prescription was ready to be picked up. Went in 4 hours later to be told a NP signed and the doctor had to fill. No problem. MD got right to it and said he would call it in personally as it was ready. Sat in waiting area as Pharmacist took a personal phone call for over 20 minutes!!! Finally called office back still in waiting area and he advised that he was still on hold. Pharmacist continued to laugh and entertain her personal call. I finally asked the other employees if there was another line that I could give to the MD as he was still on hold.. she finally said hold on to her call and took the call. To be told “sorry we are very busy and couldn’t take the call” as Im  watching the line be taken for a personal call…. Extremely disappointing!!! This isn’t the service we should be paying for. At all!

I was visiting family and my prescription was to run out. They stepped up to the plate and contacted my doctor in New Mexico. There was a glitch in the fulfillment and they followed through to make sure I was taken care of. The lady at the front was equally as helpful and courteous with my regular purchases.  Very happy experience.  Thank you. This was the Bridgeman, Michigan store
