The store associates are the most helpful I have ever encountered. I have witnessed the store associates help an elderly woman with getting the RiteAid app on her phone and then navigate coupons. They always go the extra mile in helping me find what I am looking for too. I have transferred all my prescriptions to this location and will only shop here. So happy to see smiling and helpful store associates these days.
This pharmacy and store exceeded my expectations. I didn't realize the pharmacy is open until 9 which is great!!! I needed a prescription for my daughter who was sick and Anthony behind the pharmacy was quick, personable and super sweet. This experience makes me want to move my prescriptions over to RiteAid.
After having issues with CVS, I went to this Rite Aid and the pharmacy staff and cashiers helped a great deal! They were polite and helpful and I was so pleased with the experience there. The pharmacist gave me a card with the number so I could use the pharmacy in the future. The store was clean and there was no wait for the pharmacy. I will definitely return and use this pharmacy from now on!
The two associates at the time of my visit were delightfully fun. A male & one female with a grand sense of humor. They were also quite helpful. The store is large, clean, with a very clean customer water closet.
I like to go to Rite Aid because there not crowded and are very nice to help you find what your looking for. They always have the things I go in there for. Thanks
The entire staff in the store are great. I especially am happy with the pharmacy. I’m new to the area and they take the time to know their patients they serve, remember names, and never hesitate to offer help or suggestions. When your going through cancer treatments along with seeing multiple other doctors it’s nice to know the staff are getting to know you, your health and your needs. I travel between BelAir and Delaware where my family and treatments are but I won’t switch pharmacies because I feel safe at the BelAir RiteAid.
RiteAid at the Festival in Bel Air. Md is a place with friendly, knowledgeable, helpful associates and a pharmacy that exceeds all expectations. Shots, prescriptions, sundry natural homeopathic, and home need are at RITE Aid.
Lock their doors eight minutes before closing. The associate inside saw me at the door ignored me and hid around the corner. Super professional
The staff at Bel Air Rite Aid pharmacy are always amazing! Especially Guido and Suzanne! They never make me feel less then, just because i require daily pain medication due to health issues which I've felt from the judgemental pharmacist at Walgreen's. My husband and i both love this Rite Aids staff because they always have a smile and a good attitude for us along with working diligently on any insurance issues that may come up that need fixing. Thanks for always having our backs guys!
Great staff. Plenti card is great for discounts. Have been filling prescriptions here since i had to do it on my own 18 yrs ago. Pharmacys regular staff is awesome! Love them all.
