I’m not sure her name, but the woman cashing people out around 4:20 on July 1st made my terrible day much better. Her kindness didn’t go unnoticed and I hope she knows how appreciated it is and kindness like hers makes the world a better place it’s the little things that can make someones really bad moment just a little bit more bearable. Thank you
Good place to pick up your prescription or to make a quick stop to pick something up without having to go into a larger store.
Just wow! Cleanest and most organized Walgreens I've seen. Cordial and informative employees, and a great atmoshpere.
Excellent shop for notebooks, date books, journals. I really like the selection there over many other stores.
Highly recommend this pharmacy for one reason, the staff. Not only have I never had a bad experience with them, but they have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to find ways to save me money on my prescriptions. These people genuinely care, and when you show them patience and respect, they repay it tenfold.
After the last experience I had at this Walgreens, I will avoid it like the plague. This review is specifically for the pharmacy. In April I was instructed by my doctor to get my second booster asap. Although I am young and appear healthy, I have severe health complications which made it possible for me to get a covid vaccine early on. When I went to get my second booster, the female pharmacist looked at me puzzled saying she hadn't given many of those yet, asked multiple inappropriate questions regarding my illness, and told me she'd never heard of the disease I mentioned unsurprisingly seeing as she's a pharmacist, and I have an extraordinarily rare disease. I am very well aware that pharmacists are not allowed to ask patients what is 'wrong with them' when seeking out the vaccine, especially seeing as I had written instruction from my doctor. She was extremely condescending, rude, and overall the most unprofessional employee I've ever encountered in a medical setting. When she finally agreed to give me my vaccine, I heard her talking about me to the intern in a nasty tone. I almost got up and left, but they entered the room shortly after. Whoever this pharmacist is, I wish you peace, love, and therapy. It's embarrassing that someone in your position at your age is consistently according to other reviews treating people like this.
I wanted to write a review on the pharmacy. As someone who needs a prescription for my meds every two weeks I rely on my pharmacy. I came to college in Biddeford and had to switch the Walgreens in VT to Biddeford Maine. Easy switch no problems. I went to the pharmacy one to two times before I started having a problem. I’m not sure when this woman started working but boy is she rude. She works at the window almost everyday. I understand people can be rude but I’ve given this woman nothing but respect. It’s hard to even get words out of my mouth because she makes me so nervous. I had to start going to the pharmacy with my girlfriend because I didn’t want to go alone. I’m non confrontational so I’m mostly speechless by what she says. One time it took me a solid minute before I could reply because I was almost dumbfounded by how this woman spoke to me. I’m not a Karen and I have never written a review before I’m my life but I really need these meds and I’m too scared to go to the pharmacy and again I’m extremely non confrontational. I’m officially a week late on my medication because I’m literally too scared to say something to her. I wish I knew her name and I may just ask her. I’ve been going for around 6 months now and I’ve bit my tongue for 6 months. I’ve had my prescription filled incorrectly multiple times and when I try to say something she is so extremely rude. I understand it’s not her fault that the prescription is wrong or the doctor might have sent the prescription wrong but it’s unnecessary to act the way she does when I explain it’s not right. I hope someone at Walgreens sees this. I don’t think she deserves to work in customer service at all she needs to be fired.
So clean! And the young man with the longer hair was so very helpful and polite, as he helped me ship a fedex package. He was a genuine good person you can tell.
Very helpful younger gentleman younger lady who I believe must have been a supervisor did what fedex could not, and that's provide good service. My company has been chasing down a package that Fedex has half-heartedly "attempted" delivery for twice now, the second time I literally walked outside to the truck when he pulled in the parking lot and waved the guy down, he didn't even bother to get out of his truck he just simply waved and drove off without even trying. After that I didn't have the patience or trust left to leave it to Fedex to actually deliver again so I had it sent to the nearby pickup location at Walgreens. Fortunately the two associates were far better service providers and I was in and out with our package, and the wild goose chase was finally over. Thumbs up to you two.
Normally these guys are pretty good but they close down way to early on New Year’s Eve. I get that is a holiday and I get that may not be totally fair, but this is a pharmacy and those of us that had to work but needed our medications couldn’t get them. If you needed to close something down do the grocery part of the store. The pharmacy is really important. Especially when your going to close down for the entire next day. You guys dispense peoples much needed medication. Please use some common sense
