This is the worst Rite Aid !!!!!! The cashier is incompetent And the manager is no help Went to buy cold medicine For 10.49$, was told that’s the Online amount, the store amount is 14.99$ asked can I get It for online amount , was told No by incompetent cashier, but can order online for that price,I stood there and ordered showed incompetent cashier and ,she told me to wait until she see it on her screen , waiting patiently, the cashier told me she see the pick up , but she can’t give it to me , because she made a mistake I asked for manager The rude manager act like it’s my fault That there both incompetent , so they go to a back room try and figure out WHY I can’t get my online pickup order even though it’s ready for pick up on both our end . Finally they give me the purchase after 35 minutes like there doing me a favor but I paid for it and did everything they told me to do Horrible customer service and they don’t honor there own online prices !! Go to Walgreens it’s much better and no Hassle from buying products or online orders !!!
This.morning I went to this location to buy the sale item of 8 bar Irish Spring Soap for $4.99 less $2.00 but your ad says 6 bars at $4.00 hless $2.00 on your ad. I explained to your manager that she can override it coz it's on the shelve's sticker price. She said it can't be done. Why is it that I went to another location and they gave me the sale price. This was today and you need to educate your managers on how to handle issues like that. It's the principle and she seems not understanding me at all.
This Rite Aid is a great store. I had one 3 blocks from my home but chose to shop here, much further away. Great helpful staff. Everyone is very pleasant. Pharmacists accommodating and informative. They have most sale items in stock. The Glen Oaks store, pharmacy, rarely had in stock what my Dr. Prescribed. Mostly had to be ordered...Rite Aid has great sales.
Disappointed.....so I called to make sure they had western union and that they opened at 8am. The woman confirmed and I went there and they told me they had no cash $95 in their drawer because they just opened and turned me away. I spoke to the manager who said there was nothing they could do. It's ridiculous that this is how they're doing business but they are advertising that they are a western union location. So now I have to call to make sure they have $95 before I go back smh....
The worst rite aid I've ever been to. There is never enough staff, everyone's rude anyway, I live in walking distance from this location and I'll be driving to a better pharmacy from now on. Walgreens and CVS are much better these days anyway.
The workers are very kind however they're could be more cashiers open. ever since the well-ness card was changed i have not been going as frequently due to the no discount member service.
Ive lived by this rite aid for three years, everytime i go in here i regret it, the cashiers are of lowest intelligence of anybody on our planet how they get to keep their jobs is beyond everyone i know and myself, i thought after renovation things would of been different, i would avoid this rite aid at all costs unless you have a half hour for a pack of gum
This place sucks i will never go there again i will rather treat myself. They took soo long vtht i would of died if i waited ten min longer. Next time ill go to the hospital first.
Great staff, love the girls working there!! Everyones always polite and their service is efficient and fast!
