On August 21, 2023 10:32 am , I went to the pharmacy for a prescription. The female pharmacist took my details and assured me she’d text me when it was ready. So, I waited in my car. After 30 minutes, I called them multiple times, but no one answered. I assumed it wasn't ready since I hadn't received a text. An hour went by without any response. At the 1 hour 30 minute mark, I tried calling again. This time, the male pharmacist answered. After verifying my details, he told me it'd be another 30 minutes. Frustrated, I informed him I had already been waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes. They asked me to come in after checking if I had allergies. I went in and the female handed me my prescription right away. I was puzzled. Why wasn't I informed earlier? Why say another 30 minutes if it was ready? It is now 12:02pm.
Came to this location on 8/10/23 around 5:45-6:00pm. Letting staff know that my phone was not working, I was lost because I am not from the area & if they can help me in any way. The staff member I asked was very rude & nasty. Refused to help. Now I understand that no one is obligated to but there is a way to talk to people. I understand you probably hate your job especially working at a location such as this one but there’s no need to take out the frustration & miserableness on your customers. Didn’t get a name because employee was not wearing a name tag. She was heavyset, with short hair & a black woman. The woman at the register named Doreen apologized for her rudeness on her behalf & though she was not able to help me either she expressed sorrow & explained why. Luckily some people across the street at the laundry mat were VERY helpful. The staff & customers let me use a phone, asked questions & ensured I was able to make it home safely. I used to work at a Walgreens both on the floor & in the pharmacy & whenever we came across anyone that was in danger or needed help in any way we helped them because that’s what you do at in a CUSTOMER SERVICE role. That’s probably why they had her stocking goods & not on the register. They’re probably aware of her miserable attitude too.
Store hours posted to close at 10pm. Got there 9:45pm and the doors were locked.. shortie on the register just stared as we asked if we could get 1 thing that was only found at that store. If you post 10pm then closing should be 10pm..
The pharmacist and pharmacy techs at this location are DISGUSTINGLY disrespectful! The entire pharmacy staff was HORRIFIC my experience was without a doubt one of the most HORRIBLE encounters ever! Would not recommend this pharmacy EVER! They SUCK!!!!
Just stood in line at the pharmacy for my appointment and told him I was there early and they told me I would have to reschedule… In the middle of this conversation, the lady walked away, and I stood there for probably a half hour, waiting for her to come back and she never came so eventually I had to leave. Horrible customer service, even people in line were complaining
The pharmacy section is the worst part of the store.none of the pharmacy staff is friendly or at least treat you nice and the customer service was so poor.they actually not ready to work because they always want to rush you out with excuses.most time I can't get my medication on time even after several calls before getting to the store.they always appear to be too big for the job.the service is extremely poor,.they literally don't care if your medication is a life saver they will surely disappoint even when you are present at the store.
To be fair, this rating is ONLY for the pharmacy dept. Whenever I’m here to pick up a prescription or ask the pharmacist a question, it seems there is always an air of impatience and condescending attitudes. If they weren’t so close to my home, I’d change to Walgreens, but this place is within walking distance, so it’s convenient for me. I do have to add that the cashiers in the front are always friendly and accommodating.
Best pharmacy staff ever. They are friendly and polite plus attentive. I’ve gotten all my Covid shots here as they are simply efficient and pleasant.
This more for the pharmacy section. Walk in for my Covid vaccine granted I didn’t have a appointment but the website clearly states that u can walk in. So I go there and it’s empty meaning no one waiting to get covid vac. I asked on of the 4 pharmacist I saw behind the counter About getting a vaccine she looked at me and said no “more walk in for the day make an appointment” I told her I can’t wait until 6pm because I was leaving and wanted the first shot before I left this is 2:30pm. I might be wrong but the laziness of these pharmacist at this location I have dealt with it on more than one occasion just avoid if you can.
Home for the holidays and I’m beyond shocked by the culture here, you don’t realize the difference until you move away. The pharmacy staff was clearly overwhelmed and rude about it. It felt like I was bothering them to do their job! Glad I don’t have to put up with this but saddened at this locations decline in service!
