Go for test I have issues to do the appointment they don’t care
All these people complaining and saying rite aid lost a customer... You do realize that you guys aren't the only people on earth right? They lost you but gained 100 more to fill your place. Be humble, and stop being Karen's. The night crew is very respectful and hardworking to be understaffed.
At this particular Rite Aid, this is how the associate rings up their customers - sitting on the counter.. I think it's pretty rude and disturbing
This Rite Aid is my favorite store however due to a couple of encounters with a young African American female cashier I think I may switch to another one when I need to buy items. Everytime I encounter her she has a very nasty attitude and her expression on her face plus vibes says it all. I once was in to buy some items and the item I wanted was not in-stock. I asked if a substitute item that was plentiful could be used instead and was told "we don't do dat." I asked for a manager and she said, I am the manager rather than arguing with her I brought what I had because I knew it was going to escalate. I informed her I would contact corporate and she shrugged her shoulder and just looked at me. I called the other store on Basin Road and the lady was very helpful and apologized for the behavior of the young lady. Plus informed me that the young lady was not a manager but a worker. Advised me to call back to the store and of course the young lady picked the phone up and I asked for a manager she out me on hold and the call eventually hung up. Now they have moved her back to the pharmacy instead of out the door. Same nasty, rude responses and blank stare. I understand the company is short staffed but she is actually harming the business by running customers away.
Employee was continuously rude when I asked questions in reference to pricing. Horrible customer service , didn’t want to answer simple questions in reference to the difference between the price on the shelf and the one behind the counter I simply asked for him to clarify which price was accurate. He was very nasty and impolite.
I went to Rite Aid this morning. The cashier a large dark skinned man, was sitting on the counter eating. I handed him one item, he rang it up. I extended my had to give him my money. While still sitting he was looking away from me picking the chips out of his teeth. He finally took my money, then gave me my change with the same hand that was in his mouth. This is totally 100% unexceptable!!! Rude, unprofessional, and downright disgusting. How in the world is this allowed to happen?? There needs to be some sort of accountability. This is a perfect example of a lazy employee that's just there to collect a paycheck. Anywhere else this would result is some kind of disciplinary action. Very disappointed in Rite Aid!!!
5 stars for the Pharmacy department When I say the Technician & It’s a particular pharmacist Indian accent are always so pleasant & professional. The front end: NASTY & RUDE!!!!!! Customer service isn’t for everybody they don’t wear name tags to even get their name.
though some associates are patience, i see a lack of it with others. and by not speaking or walking away from the counter isn't in it self bias, it's rude and lacks professionalism.
I stopped by today for some items. Walked up to the register. Cashier who was light skinned, with an Afro and glasses, did not say one word to me throughout the whole transaction. He scanned my items, put them in the bag, never told me my total. He just stood there. I had to look at the pin pad for my total. Gave him the money, he didn’t speak. He gave me my change back, I spoke and said thank you! He just looked at me. Didn’t say you’re welcome or anything. The whole transaction was silent. Like if you don’t like your job, it’s other places available for you to work ‍ But I will NOT be back here. Horrible customer service.
