Really good rite aid. I got to the counter and was super insecure about my forehead. When I asked the cashier if it was big she made me feel really comfortable. She said no it’s perfect. That made me feel really good. Then she proceeded to put in perspective that some people don’t even have foreheads. Now I love my forehead.
Recently relocated and have had nothing but positive experiences with this Rite Aid. The Pharmacist, Danielle, is extremely helpful, thoughtful and professional. Got all my medications transfered. The store is clean, well stocked and has just about everything. Even things I wasn't expecting, like CPAP supplies. I am able to find what I need, the store staff are courteous and professional. That is all I need it to be. And it is local for me...even better.
I've been using this pharmacy for awhile and the service I received there is without a doubt five star Daniela is professional and informative. Overall a great quick experience..
8 years ago, I worked there and the new manager was rude to us. She screamed to me and used me, until she made a move to kick me out. I never had such an horrible experiences in other brand pharmacy or jobs. I hope she is no longer!
I come here regularly for my prescriptions, otc meds, and other supplies. It's close to everything and very easy to shop. The check-out process is quick, the staff members are helpful. The pharmacy sometimes was understaffed, I could see they were tired. But really appreciate the service I have got for the past 2 years.
Beware of the night shift manager at Rite Aid on George Street. He harassed me because he didn't put a pack of cheddar cheese with the rest of my food. I went back for it and he made me feel as if I was there to get one for free. I never had this experience in my life. I shop there for years. He's a dark haired/ Hispanic with glasses. He ended up paying out of his pocket but hovered over the receptionist that helped me and said make sure you have all her stuff in there. Kept saying it repeatedly and I asked him to stop harassing me. So I complained now.
As a Rutgers Student living on campus, this place is a real life saver. It has everything I need and it is only a 10 minute walk from my college dorm. Everytime I was sick in college I would come here for meditation and it was amazing service! Highly Recommend!!
Both female pharmacists don’t know how to take care of the patients privacy. I wanted to pay for the relevant treatment item with my prescription and they ask me to pay separately at the counter in front. So I have to proceed to two counters which people were all lining up and noticed. It’s so sick
I get my refills there been going to rite aid for many years hope the stay there.
Friendly and helpful staff. Please have your staff ring up one customer at a time. Your cashiers will ring up one customer, not give them 5 seconds to pay, and then go to the next customer ring them up without completely taking care of the first customer. Then the first customer has to wait. Take care of one customer at a time.
