Great store! We were visiting town and walked in the seasonal aisle! It was clean and stocked. Easy to shop.

Best pharmacy in town. Claudette at the prescription pick up area is especially great. And the whole store has so many different products and such a great selection. I like it way better than those “new” rite aids that just feel too clinical; this one reminds me of my childhood :,

The store is always very organized and easy to find the things I need. That’s why I always come to this store and on top of that. The employees, such as the store manager , Angelique is always very welcoming. She is such an humble person and always smiling. The assistant manager, Jeanette Flores is always so nice and ask if there is anything I need help in looking for. Always the best service whether it’s buy ice cream and or beauty supplies , chips, soda etc .

Love coming here for all my seasonal/holiday needs! Always fully stocked and super friendly employees.

I was lost tonight. My daughter had an ear infection and the other pharmacy I tried didn’t have the prescribed medication in stock. I called a few other local pharmacies and they said it would take 24-48 hours to transfer the prescription and/or they wouldn’t be able to fill it same day. The pharmacist I deat with at Rite Aid in Goleta truly saved the day. I can’t say enough how relived I am to find somewhere where people actually matter, small town feel. I found my forever pharmacy. Thank you for caring.

I like going to this particular Rite Aid, I am always greeted with friendly faces! Angelique is the best she is always happy to answer any questions i have or help me with anything i need. Store is also very clean which is always a plus!

This is Mrs. Miller and in my opinion your pharmacists are the best ones in my area.  They are very helpful whenever I have questions or a special order that is needed.  Most of the cashiers at the front of the store are great as well.  Your store often has other items that I want and can't always find easily.   Occasionally there may be a clerk who isn't quite up to the usual standards the others set but everyone has a bad day now and again.  All in Rite Aid is the one I frequent most often.  I only hit the others if I cannot find something I want at Rite Aid. Thank you for your good service.

Happily transferred ALL of my prescriptions BACK TO Rite-Aid after abysmal experiences at CVS where pharnamacist was clulessly RUDE. CVS voice mail kept mal-functiong: Sorry! Err, Sorry! Errr, Sorry! On 4th. call attempt i finally got CVS voicemail to shunt me to a "live human being" whom when politely asked how late CVS pharmacy was open that evening: "IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON ME FOR CALLING ON THE WRONG LINE!!" Rite-Aid CALLS ME when prescriptions are ready, while offering much friendlier prices, as well!

Rite-Aid consistently comes in 3rd place when compared to CVS and Walgreens. The facilities seem tired and run down, and the selection of merchandise is acceptable, yet not really what I'm looking for. At least they still serve Thrifty Ice Cream.
