The pharmacy here is such an improvement over what Walgreens has become. The hours are good, and my prescriptions are filled ASAP. The store itself needs some TLC, but I'm happy I switched to the pharmacy.
Unfortunately I waited over an hour for my vaccination and 2 days for my script. Some days are better than others at the pharmacy and I guess this wasn’t my day. The store is nice, they have a wide selection of sundries. The store staff is friendly and helpful. But the pharmacy is not. Good luck.
They rob $14 on returning without receipt. Say they are allowed to refund the lowest price sale of the month
I had a great experience at the pharmacy and the store. I forgot to bring my prescription on vacation, had my doctor call them and they were able to fill it within the same day. Pharmacists and store clerks were all very nice, everybody had a great attitude even when busy. Picked up some supplies while I was there as well. The store has decent selections of everything I needed.
Horrible service they wouldn’t even tell me if they received my prescription said to wait to see if my name was called!!! Horrible experience especially when you’re not feeling well!
Have used this pharmacy for years. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I pick up prescriptions for my elderly parents as well as myself so am there often. Even when they have struggled with staffing like everyone else they get the job done in a timely matter.
Seriously the WORST customer service EVER!! I had a prescription to pick up and I recently pitched gold rx. The prescription was about $6 more than it was supposed to be and I asked them to run the gold rx. Janine said “it’s already ran” and I told her that was the good rx and that I had recently upgraded to the gold which made it less expensive. Janine huffed and said “is it really worth the couple of dollars?!” I said yes it is and she rolled her eyes and said “fine it will be awhile” I waited while she helped 5 other people and then helped me. The whole time I’m waiting the pharmacist Christina just sat there putting in prescriptions and talking about her daughter to Janine instead of helping me. Literally the customer service is the worst!!! The only positive thing I can say is the really nice lady there named Jamie she was so sweet and said “just so you know it only took it down about $6” I told her I knew and thanked her and she said “every dollar counts these days” she was just super nice and definitely turned a horrible experience into half way decent!
This place is horrible. Don't give them a day, or even two to get your prescription. It will take much longer as they claim to be two weeks behind. They chat with each other behind the counter and don't acknowledge customer presence. They seem to struggle with the computer system and they frustrate nearly every customer that walks in. Soon enough the only business they will get is tourists who don't know any better. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been in and as a local I will definitely spread the word. It's a shinning example of poor business practices. Don't waste your time! It's too valuable!
My wife has a tumor that is non operable. On 3 visits we had no idea what was happening with the RX the doctor called in and walking in to talk to the Pharmacist. They didn't even order the medication we now have 3 tablets for sever pain. This has happended 3 times now. Today we were told they will get the medication in "several days" but our insurance only covers after 8 days. We are paying out of pocket, who cares about the cost, my wife will be in dire need without the medication. Repeated failures, I know your short staffed, but your clients are dropping like flies, Stores empty, time will tell. Very disappointed and saddened, why are you even there?
I will never shop at Rite aid or use their pharmacy. I understand a lot of places are short handed but they don't give the employee the right to be disrespect. The moment you walk in Rite aid the first thing you see is rude employees. I had to pick my daughter's meds up before I went to work I was told they was ready but had to wait for the only pharmacist that was there cause she was using the restroom. 20 minutes later she walks up front while on her phone. She made me late for work and she was very rude. I will never shop in there again with how rude and unfriendly they are there.
