Caledonia Rite Aid Pharmacy has been great to me for years now. They go above and beyond all the time. Fast, Professional, and always looking out for the customer. I thank them so much for making that part of my life easier.

Sue and Ruth helped me in a panic as they were trying to close the store. They helped me find what I needed after our family dealt with a house fire and couldn't get to any of our things. They were personable, patient, and incredible compassionate. They deserve recognition.

Not that Caledonia has many other options, but it's time for me to pick a new pharmacy. Going into the store has been frustrating, employees do not follow the posted guidelines for Covid-19 safety. Customers are expected to social distance, wear masks, and not enter the store when ill. I'm 100% for this and happy to comply.  Every visit I've made since the restrictions have gone up, I have not seen an employee wearing their masks correctly. Often the masks are around their chins, while they cough into their hands and continue the transaction like normal. Even pre-covid, that's pretty gross. Either Rite Aid is not taking care of their employees and giving them the ability to stay home when they're sick, or the employees do not care about their own health or safety of their customers.  If you're desperate, and not immune compromised, they will likely have what you need in stock. I have a newborn at home who can't protect herself, so I'll be ordering items online instead at the cost of convenience.

Beware of being overcharged for your sale items. Check your receipts carefully as I was overcharged and then felt like the cashier was annoyed when I questioned it. Also be aware that they are automatically rounding up your total to the nearest dollar without permission. When I inquired about this, the cashier was very flippant about donating it to charity and stated that I selected “yes” on the card terminal, which I definitely did not. I’m all for donating to charity, I do all the time. But the way it was handled left a poor impression on me and made me wonder if they are actually donating this money to charity. Overall I feel that my experience really lacked customer service and integrity.

I always have a great experience when stopping in to this Rite Aid. The customer service is always great. Ruth is especially nice and friendly and goes out of her way to engage in conversation.

Pharmacist gave me my covid booster directly to my shoulder,  so hard into the bone! I got the service but am in pain!  I don't know about immunizations but could that shot have been put into the flesh instead of into the bone?  Grateful for the help but suffering in pain!

Moved all my scripts here because it's so much closer to my house. I have been super pleased with the service from the Pharmacy. They go above and beyond!

Very grateful to Caledonia Rite Aid essential workers! Especially Sandy, Ashley and Michelle for always being personable and professional. I appreciate  everything  you do and  help me with when I'm in.

The people always have smiles and good attitude and helpful to their customers and the pharmacy area well answer any questions you have about your medicine you're greeted with a smile.
