Customer service is terrible. I would give it 1 star except for the fact that it’s actually better than the CVS down the road. The pharmacist, Dan, is a very helpful actually,  but the rest that I have dealt with were less than prompt or pleasant.

I made an appointment  on line for my covid  shot and I didn't  look where it  was. I thought it was the one in New Sheffield,  Aliquippa  Pa  but it wasn't  and they took me anyway.  Didn't  have to wait look. Thank you very much!

I was there on the 12th of January to get a covid test thru the pharmacy drive thru and the pharmacist that was on duty was very rude. He asked me when my appointment was I said 10am and it does say to be there 15 minutes early and he was upset I was early. Left his mic on and said I was to early and if they have rules to follow then I have rules to follow too. I’m not going there for test or anything else I will go to the CVS they are nice.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Recently went to the pharmacy and my confidentiality between myself and the pharmacist wasn't respected. Doctor was screaming out loudly for everyone to hear what my medications were used to be treated for. And even after I asked him not to do it again. He did it again. Doctors usually when publicly speaking. Speak the medications name out loud. Not what it's used to treat. That's no one's business but the patient.

Both times I visited this store at the pharmacy counter, I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me standing there. It was multiple people behind the counter, the customer service is horrible!! I left to go get my flu shot at CVS.

Louann working in the pharmacy has got to me one to the rudest people working there. Extremely poor interactions with customers, rude tone of voice with everything she says and gives everyone a hard time and won’t help you out if it’s “not her job” as she claims.

It's a good pharmacy

Went for my 2nd Covid-19 vaccine. Easy process at this location.

Came in for the walk in booster and was turned away. They did not have any available.
