Anyone with internet issueslow income cannot get a covid test from Rite Aid but, you can get the vax.....  Was told to go to urgent care & pay $125.00, all cause I needed help setting up an appointment for a covid test & they DO NOT WANT TO HELP.

Had a truly scary encounter at Rite Aid today. One of the employees said “how old is that creature you have there?” In regards to my 3 month old daughter I was holding. I thought that’s a weird way to ask but okay. He was on his cell phone talking to someone and me at the same time. I was trying to leave but instead he tells the person on the phone “I’ll call you right back” and then approaches me even closer. Mind you I was there to pick up medicine for my daughter who has an infection. The man then began to talk to me about how his niece was in labor and how she can’t handle the “cramps” and  just was giving me so much information. To top it all off the employee then approaches myself and my INFANT and asks “can I touch her face?” EXCUSE ME?! Rite aid what kind of people do you hire that they think this is appropriate? Literally putting people in danger. Had he touched her face I would have pressed charges this is ridiculous. Then when I told him no he seemed to be very upset with my response. Absolutely disgusting and I’m truly scared to return.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past 20 years and I have so say that it’s not how it used to be. I’ve been debating to switch pharmacies for a while now, but today I have decided to finally switch to a different pharmacy. The people that work at the pharmacy are very rude and always give people the run around when it comes to picking up your prescriptions. Definitely don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially if you are someone that needs prescriptions the same day, because good luck getting it from there. This place doesn’t even deserve one star, if I could give it 0 I would!

This Rite aid is By far the worst!!! I’ve never Delt with such a mess . It has messed up my family’s prescriptions worse than any fast food drive-through I’ve ever been in!! I have been given prescriptions that do not belong to me. I have also not been giving very important medication. Make sure you look inside the bag of prescription meds if you’re getting more than one or two. Unprofessional rude inconsiderate terrible service I recommend any pharmacy outside of this one.Make sure you double check everything before you pull away from their drive-through because they really don’t know what they’re doing in there!

I got my vaccine here and the girls were awesome. It was very simple, I just walked right in and got it. It was last minute decisions because walmart gave me a hard time because I got my first shot out of state at my college. Great experience very nice ladies working there!

As a person disabled in a plain crash at age 24 with 4 major accidents along the way having a medical degree + financial advisor, I have to tell you this is by far the best pharmacy in the US! I've lived in the most elete areas in the US +they do not compare to the care + excellents you receive here!! Also they provided your flu shots etc +feel nothing!  This pharmacy can do up to 200 RXs  per hour, that is Unheard off!  I had to have brain surgery +they called my DRs for me to refill my scripts, they even delivered my RX. Exceptional service, treated like family @ 208 Herkimer Rd in Utica!

Incompetent pharmacists who are incapable of filling a simple prescription

everytime me and mh fiance come here eveyone is so rude i dont understand it. how can you work a job where you deal with the people and be so horrible. i have even calked and the answer the phone saying "WHAT". I wish i didnt have to come here but this is the pharmacy that carties my script so there is no way out.

Poorly run.  Long line and unprepared to handle the number of prescriptions.  I will definitely be changing where my prescriptions are filled.

Love the Pharmacy. Everyone is so friendly and great!! The store always has savings!!
