Visited this place on 06Oct2020 to receive my prescription. The staff is customer friendly and very attentive. It have dermatology related drugs and other drugs as well. The nurse at Edmond dermatology has suggested this place to grab my prescription. This place is closed on Sunday They have doubt my medicines as per prescription. But this pharmacy has not covered the Drug cost on my UHC health insurance. NOTE: I have paid around 100$ for 2 medicines which is very huge. Check before you Pay As it won’t cover your drugs.
Very bad customer service. The lady is rude. Called for a prescription my dermatologist gave me and they said l my insurance wouldn’t cover it at asked for a credit card number. But at the other pharmacy I went to they told me the same thing and actually made an effort to reach out to my doctor for me to try and get it covered. I asked the lady on the phone here at rite scripts if she could reach out to my doctor like the other pharmacy did and she said “no but you can” and didn’t give a good explanation as to why she wouldn’t. She was very condescending in her tone. Not very friendly at all. Bad customer service.
I had great experience with this Pharmacy. At first I thought I was talking to the Owner of the pharmacy. The owner are Usually nice. But he said he was not , his name was CASS very nice. He went way out of his way to see if there was a coupon to help keep the costs down because that medicine was not cheap!!!! Cass very polite told me he had to put me on hold and apologized, when Cass had to come back to let me know . He Thank me for holding.. You don't meet very many nice people on the other end of the phone . They just don't care. But this Pharmacy was excellent and they do care !!!!
Wild how a pharmacy would choose to judge pharmaceutical drugs. What a world.
Terrible customer service, twice I had the same lady. I felt like I was imposing on her time. I did not know until the second time I called that the amount she gave me was my copay. She just gave me an amount and asked for my credit card number.
This is the first time I have dealt with this pharmacy. I am very happy with their service and dedication to their customers. A prescription for a pinched nerve I had thought to be called in by my primary physician to my usual pharmacy had been mistakenly sent to them. My dermatologist who is in the same medical network had prescribed some treatments for a skin condition. I live twenty miles from RiteScripts. The person I spoke with promised to have the all the meds mailed to me right away. They arrived early this morning. I am so impressed and grateful.
Great pharmacy! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had to go back a day later to get another script and the lady that helped me remembered my daughters name the script was for her. That to me says a lot and meant a lot! We will for sure be using RiteScripts again. Thank you for the great first impression.
Horrible Customer Service: My sons dermatologist called in a prescription to this pharmacy for me. When I called to follow-up, a woman answered and was extremely short with me when I didn't know the prior RX's that he had used. I said that I could get them from the doctor and asked if it would be faster if they did. I don't know if she thought I was being snarky I wasn't or what, but she immediately turned outright RUDE. Then, immediately said "bye" and hung-up on me seriously, hung up!. I called back the following day and a gentleman answered. He was very pleasant until he put me on hold to ask the woman that had helped me the previous day what information she still needed from me. When he got back on the phone, it was obvious that she had said some not so nice things about me, as he immediately turned short with me, as well. When I asked about how long it usually takes to get the information from the doctor, I was told 3 - 5 days. I hung up, called my doctor to request the rx be sent to a different pharmacy and received the requested information in about 30 minutes.
i had to call today to get a dermatology prescription. the lady on the phone had an impatient and condescending tone a lot of the time and made me feel bad for asking questions for clarity, like “can you read that phone number back to me to make sure?” or “will that cost more?”. i’m already dealing with the start of an autoimmune skin condition and this didn’t make my journey any smoother.
Wouldn't be able to afford my husband's skin medication if not for this pharmacy. We don't even live nearby but they do great at mail orders. I appreciate them so much. I wonder if they can help with other medications that are so expensive for us. Especially when we find ourselves in the "donut hole"
