Riteway Auto Care aims to bring a new light to auto repair. The typical auto repair facility, be it a new car dealership, franchised facility such as Midas, STS, Pepboys or a locally owned repair facility tend to hide behind pretty paper work with lots of words and dotted lines for you to sign. The work is done behind closed doors with no access to what repair is being performed and a little explanation if any of what went wrong with the vehicle and why you need the repair.
It is completely understandable that a shop cannot take customers in to the repair area, but that doesn’t mean that the items needing repaired can’t be shown via images. We keep digital camera equipment on hand to take pictures to help you better visualize. Our diagnostic scan tools are of the latest Bluetooth technology which allows a wireless connection to the vehicle. So while standing in the office we can show you check engine light codes as well as so much more.
We strive to change the traditional feel of a repair facility and create an environment which is transparent. Our goal is to help you understand your car, to help you understand your vehicles maintenance needs and its ability to serve you with minimal downtime.

•We provide you with a detailed printed receipt with a written guarantee.
•Our implied warranty by default on any work that we perform is 12 months / 12,000 Miles, some work may carry a longer warranty – warranty brochures handed out in such situations.
•We promote vehicle awareness by always asking our customers to remain with us during vehicle inspection; this helps you the customer view with your eye's what repairs need to be done.
•At anytime if there is an additional item that needs to be replaced during approved work being performed, we inform the customer and ask for permission.
•We offer local drop off and pick up services
•We have a comfortable sitting area with television and a DVD player to keep the little ones happy and at times even the big one!
•We offer wireless internet for our customer’s to help you multitask and make the most of your time.
•We have ample parking for night drop off.
•We offer communication VIA email, including invoicing and diagnostic information. Many times, we email our customers with the diagnosis on their vehicles accompanied by pictures.
•Our Customer service goal is to make you comfortable with your vehicle and your vehicles repair needs.
•It is standard policy for us to review invoice with you in an itemized manor to have the customer understand the entire repair performed and the services charged.

•We have vested well over 15K in diagnostic equipment to ensure our work is up to manufacturer standard if not beyond it. We carry many of the original diagnostic tool & software for German, Import and domestic vehicles.
•We have strategic partnerships with parts venders and technical information services that help us stay up to date and on the edge of technological advancements in the automotive industry.
