Ritzy Rover is a little out of my way but Devion, the groomer, is well worth the drive. I take my 2 dogs in and they're done in 1 1/2 hr. Fantastic! My dogs are picky too. They come home happy after a visit with Devin! Would recommend anytime!
I've been taking my dogs to ritzy rover for about two years. I've been satisfied for the most part with their grooming. When I picked up my dogs from this last visit Jenna brought them out and didn't say a word and just dropped the leashes. I feel she was mad because she had to work a little on them we had just returned from vacation and our dog sitter had not brushed them as throughly as we do. BUT I'm paying $65 a dog plus tip! I will be finding a new groomer
It's very unfortunate I have to leave this review... My eldest 16 year old son went to deliver a package for me last Monday to the USPS location connected to the Ritzy Rover. Mind you he is very respectful, responsible kid and has carried a management position at his own job for 2 years himself.. Upon entering he forgot his mask so he was asked to go back to his vehicle and retrieve a mask by the Ritzy Rover attendant, in which he did. Upon entering again he lowered his facemask just like the attendant had on, meaning her mask wasn't correctly on either!He has severe asthma and allergies and struggles. Unaware that this would cause a scene. The attendant than told him he needed to properly wear his mask, when she herself wasn't even wearing hers PROPERLY. So my 16 year old was confused. Called her out and she proceeded to come in close contact pushing him out the door, when she came close to touching him he freaked out and told her he felt in danger. Who in the world thinks they can put their hands on a child let alone my son. Shame on the elderly woman who was attending the front desk at Ritzy Rover. You are very lucky I was not nearby. I'm very upset! Not only are my family regulars at your salon but will no longer be. Imagine this being your child, that woman should be ashamed of her actions. I have contacted my attorney also. Utter disfunction going on in this place.
We love Ritzy Rover! We have a shichon puppy who I'm sure is a handful. They are always super friendly and treat our stubborn puppy with lots of love! Her haircut always looks amazing, I would highly recommend Ritzy Rover to anyone.
NEGLIGENT Groomers! NEVER take your pets to this groomer if you want your pets to stay healthy! It has taken me a while to post this review because I was giving Ritzy Rover the opportunity to DO THE RIGHT thing. However that never happened. On Halloween 2017 we took our 3 dogs to Ritzy Rover to be groomed. Within 15 minutes after dropping them off, I had a phone call. They had left one of our dogs in the bath tub UNATTENDED and UNTETHERED! Of course she jumped out. She had a complete tear of her ACL and ruptured her meniscus. She had to have two surgeries to the tune of over $7,000 plus medication, follow up visits and time. The owner, Deanna Kordes, said she filed a claim with her insurance company. She strung us along for months then said they wouldn’t pay it. We tried to work with her and even had our veterinarian of 20+ years write a letter to help her out. She still said the insurance company wouldn’t pay the claim. She finally wrote us a check for less than half of what we were out of pocket and offered us 5 free grooming’s. Unbelievable! Bottom line…Ritzy Rover was negligent and even if her insurance didn’t pay Which begs the question…what kind of insurance does she carry? she should have reimbursed us for the surgeries. It is very disappointing that an establishment can stay in business when this is the way they choose to operate. Cheri Fletcher
I love Ritzy Rover. They are incredibly kind to my two shih tzus. The dogs always used to be anxious both before and after grooming but not with the gentle care these groomers show them. And they look adorable.
They did a wonderful job on my big fluffy cat! She was bathed and got a haircut. They were so nice and gentle with her. We would definitely bring her back.
The person helping me at the post office was amazing. However, the manager was very rude to a customer who was not being kind. The manager called the customer the b word right in front of my two small children. This is incredibly unprofessional.
