I love this place!! Always have the best time. The rooms are beautiful and so nice and comfortable. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. It's just a little over an hour to get here, so we were able to come three times this month! I do wish you had a couple more dining options, we had to go into town to get breakfast. But all in all, had a wonderful time.

Our room was large and nice. I was surprised there wasn't a mini fridge in the room though. The casino was fantastic. We ate supper at the restaurant. The appetizers were amazing. The main meal was mediocre at best. Overall we did enjoy our stay. I would stay again.

Nice hotel especially for a casino hotel. Room was large and bed was comfy. Easy check-in. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars has to do with the blow dryer. I couldn't get it to work in the morning. Tried to reset the outlets as well as the dryer..tried an outlet outside the bathroom but could not get it to turn on. Walked out to the front desk in my wet hair to see if I could exchange it for a working one. The employer at the desk basically said she couldn't help me. They didn't have any extra ones because they had been giving them out to replace ones that were not working. I'm thinking...can't you just go onto a vacant room and get one for me to use? but she said she had to wait for a supervisor who would be in in about 10 minutes. I'm thinking she never said anything and blew it off as when we left about 45 minutes later a new front desk employee was working and I never heard from a supervisor. I did discover you can use the heater in a hotel room to dry your hair. It actually works pretty well but requires some gymnastic moves to reach all the hair. No doubt my aging hips will be reminding me of this during the day.

Staff very friendly. Hotel is very nice and big. Lots of parking. Price is just right. We had a king suite and it was large and clean. The rooms are beautiful.  We can't wait to come back. We high recommend.. this hotel and casino. Best in the area.Rooms: 5/5

Rooms have no mini-fridges, microwaves and the drink vending machines are cash only but I could not get one to take any of my bills...TV has poor channel selection and in the few rooms we stayed in had at least 1 issue ie: sink slow drains or bathroom door wont close... everything is designed to make you need to go into the casino area.  Staff is wonderful and the restaurant is to die for 6/5 for both staff and restaurant

Husband and I drove to River Bend from NWA just to visit the casino.  I've never had much luck here. I didn't witness a lot of excitement from other patrons either during our stay.  Guess the slots were really "tight" earlier in the day Saturday.  The facilities are very nice.  Very clean and well maintained.  Like that even though people are allowed to smoke inside you are not overwhelmed by the cigarettes.

They have a great band line up but as for the casino it's usually pretty dead.  The staff is super friendly and ventilation is good for the non smokers.  I'm local so I have yet to stay in a room.  Bands are a must see!

I do not recommend River Bend Casino Hotel in Wyandotte. I decided to stay a night over there last week just to get away and because I like the actual casino. When I checked in they charged $100 room deposit, which is excessive in my opinion. They claimed my debit card did not go thru for the deposit, but it did for the room. Because I had driven so far, I went to their ATM and withdrew $100 cash, which cost me $5 in ATM and bank fees. I paid the deposit in cash, signed the appropriate papers so I would be refunded the $100 cash when I checked out. The next morning I checked out, received my $100 cash back. Then I checked my bank account and they had taken out the $100 from my debit card that morning. They said it likely posted overnight when their system updated. Which made no sense. They said it would be reversed. It is now one week later and the charge is still on my card and overdrew my account. I put cash in the bank to cover it and called the hotel manager and told her I want my money back. She assured me it would be reversed on Monday. This morning it is still not returned. JUST A WARNING TO THOSE WHO MAY CONSIDER STAYING THERE!!! I’ll never stay there again. Today is November 30 and my $100 has still not been refunded.

Have to be at the right place and right time with all the stars aligning,holding your tongue just so .....for the slots to pay HOPEFULLY what you have wagered. Haven't stayed in the motel since 2015, back when it was new our experience was great   Safety: Secured exits provided comfort

Never stayed here before and was in the area for work. The place was nice the room was comfortable just no fridge in the room. It seems to be standard for most hotels these days. I have Verizon for my cell service and I had almost no service in the area not even text messaging. The wifi worked well but with one caveat....they block quite a few sites and apps. I couldn't even use telegram over their wifi. I found that some of the sites being blocked were based on what you would consider "morals" hard to believe a casino that is ok with smoking and drinking and gambling thinks that they need to police mortality on their wifi. And no they do not have a ppv The food was decent for the price, the service was ok, but what I want to know is does this casino speak for the Wyandotte Nation regarding their views on morality or is this just some managers opinion. I doubt I'll visit here again, and if I do I will be prepared ahead of time for these inconveniences. No other hotel in the area does these things btw. Just the river bend....and it was very upsetting to know that my private web access was restricted from many mainstream professional websites.
