The flowers for my mother’s celebration of life service were so beautiful. The computer system was down when I placed my order but Tyler was so helpful and assured me all would go well. I would soooo recommend them. Thank you for making my final goodbye to my mom so memorable.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughters graduation. When I came to Pick it up, I was greeted very warmly and quickly by several employees. They had my order ready for pickup and I was amazed at how great of a job they had done. Several people at the party complimented the arrangement. I will be a long time customer of River City.

I called last minute to have some balloons sent to my husband for his retirement. River City Florist and all their wonderful staff scrambled to make it happen! They went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Absolutely the best around. I will be forever grateful to them for helping to make my husband's retirement that much brighter. They are the best! I LOVED working with Lauren and Stacy. We sat down and they helped me conceptualize the most perfect wedding day flowers and were very detailed about what flowers they were using, which made me feel confident about walking away with the final decisions that were made. The hardest thing about wedding planning is making a final decision and wondering if you're going to want to change it - but I didn't feel that way at all! Lauren delivered the flowers on time and made returning the vases extremely easy afterward. My venue was stunning so we didn't need much decor but the flowers were gorgeous and really brought everything together.

Lauren was great to work with! I had emailed her probably 10 different inspiration photos for my bridal bouquet and she was able to make the perfect bouquet for my wedding! The bridesmaid bouquets were equally as beautiful. The corsages were so lovely and all of the mother's adored them. The boutonnieres made the groom and groomsmen look even better. I couldn't have asked for a better florist!

We are never disappointed with items we have ordered from River City Florist. Fresh and healthy plants and flowers. They are the best!

Can you give less than zero stars? FYI, I had to give it one star in order to post this review. You do not get the option of zero stars. I chose River City for my daughter's funeral today because of past stellar service. The most important floral purchase of my life and it was a disappointment. Most of the large flowers were unopened. The smaller arrangements were a shadow of what was advertised in their picture. The most heartbreaking part was a special request for my 8 yr old granddaughter that was a total fail. The rep I spoke to on the phone assured me she could deliver the vision of an 8 year old. What we got looked more like an 80 yr old. They never bothered to reach out. A $900 order and they couldn't be bothered.
