River Park House Condominium

River Park House on 3600 Conshohocken Ave might as well be section 8 housing...only difference is you pay a lot higher rent/HOA at River Park House but the run down conditions are the same. I lived there from 2019 to 2022. The summer of 2022 ALL of the residents were forced to leave for a month and a half due to an electrical fire in the basement. No one was ever refunded for their rent or HOA! The HOA there is ridiculous for what little you get. And FORGET ABOUT PARKING. There is crooked management that gives favors to certain residents when they gain something from it. I sold my 3 bedroom condo in 2022 and the new buyers already don't like it and moved. What else is there to say.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. Staff are rude and disrespectful the way the speak to us as tenants. Banging on our doors screaming but wouldn’t do it to any other resident guest. I’ve noticed at times it could be racially motivated a very particular instance happened when my Parked car got hit by another resident that happened to be white I ended up finding out 2hours after the incident and the ladies in the office didn’t find the courtesy to address the issue at hand. If it wasn’t for the manager hearing everything going on and me making a scene I wouldn’t have gotten the info on who bumped my car. Which happened to be an entitled white resident that refused to pay for damages while she was caught on camera. 2 a lot has changed new employees coming in and being so disrespectful throwing “I’m just doing my job” but putting towing stickers on our cars while people that don’t live in the condo park and essentially leave their cars in places that are prohibited but because there is conflict of issue and most of times the residence that park in these places don’t get the same disrespect or told to remove their car. It’s sad to say but this place brings alot of headaches a lot. Mainly getting charged 150 fee for “expired stickers” while the registration is on the back of the car. Florida registration don’t use front stickers Sweet heart unless the car is purchased in PA which it was however there multiple cars whose car registration have been expired since 2015 that parked in the back of the condo. The resident that hit my car barely had insurance and this place is trying to bug me over registration while we OWN a condo? Ashley please do better.

Best condo of Philly. Courteous hard working staff, impeccable common areas and a great view. We love it!

It is a comfortable environment and staff is excellent maintenance is awesome

Nice and safe place, my son lives there trough his 4 years of collage and no complain , people are nice at the office, and maintenance people also are very friendly. I would recommend this place if you want to sleep safe and sound

I went there to visit a friend of mine. There is really no parking space for visitors. So you are better off parking on the street.they seem to have a good security system there you have to check in then they call the person to are coming to see.

I lived here with a friend for almost 2 years. Great staff, nice clean common areas, great for someone looking to purchase a small condo. My only real complaint was lack of parking.

The people that work here are nice and the people that live here are friendly. But there’s always something wrong with this building. The landlord must be a penny pinching slum lord.

Will give another review when we move in. But liked what we saw
