River Park Place Apartments are the best!! Grounds are kept beautiful every week from the lawn service. Our maintenance man, Joe is top notch. He keeps us all happy. The ladies in the office are not only positive and professional they are a great addition to our community, they are what makes our community so special and great!! Thank you Kiesha, Julie and Joe!
River Park Place is a beautiful community to live in. The residents and staff are very friendly and congenial. The handyman, Joe, in particular, is an added benefit - an adept master of all trades and a pleasure to be around.
Everyone loves & appreciates Joe, our maintenance guy. Anytime you need him, he is johnny-on-the-spot.
So far, my only experience is over the phone, but that has been great.
The people in the office are very friendly. It was a great experience.
Had a clogged toilet, tried to plunge it myself, to no avail. Left a message at 10AM today and within an hour Joe was here. Fixed my problem and was his professional, capable, friendly self as usual. He is a treasure and really seems to enjoy helping people. Great employee.
Julie was just marvelous! AND Joe is a marvelous "handy man" extrodinaire!!!!
Joe did an excellent job. He showed up at the appointed time. Worked diligently and made sure my apartment was left neat and clean. Kudos to River Park Place for hiring such a competent and polite gentleman.
Our maintenance man was out sick when I called to report an issue with my toilet. I am capable of plunging and successful 99% of the time, but not this time. Keisha said she would come right away as I live in a one bathroom unit. She plunged and plunged and agreed it wasn't easy! But, she persisted and it was a done deal! Keisha is always such a joy and a true professional who goes over and above in her position. Thanks Keisha!
I have lived at this lovely quiet Senior Apartment complex for two years, and I am so pleased to live in this community, with all its amenities. In addition, the maintenance here is second to none! I recently had an issue on a Sunday with a garbage disposal which quit working, and water backed up in the kitchen sink. By morning, the sink water had drained into the dishwasher, and was slowly leaking onto the floor. I had reported this to maintenance on a Sunday evening, and left for work early Monday morning. By the time I returned home from work in the late afternoon, all repairs had been done, and even my wet towel had been washed in the washing machine for me! I could not more pleased! Martha S
