Honestly hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Last year I had a filling come out and they got me in immediately to take care of it, despite not ever going to this clinic. Nathan the dentist did a phenomenal job and made me feel very at ease through the entire process of refitting a temporary crown and then later the installation of the crown. I have gone back twice for cleanings since and I have had Kristin both times perform them. She is so friendly and so gentle with the cleaning process. She checks in to make sure I am comfortable the whole time and ensures that I know exactly what she is doing throughout the cleaning process. As someone who has had past bad experiences with dentist I did not feel pressure or shame while they have tended to my care. They just are happy to have me come and truly want to make my smile healthier, it is such a great place and I won't go anywhere else!
I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist and have had terrible experiences in the past. I can say at RiverRock they make you feel comfortable, they do not judge, and are very caring! I no longer have to prepare myself each time I go to the dentist. Dr. Christianson and his team are amazing! Highly recommend!!
I had bad dentists in the past that gave me horrible anxiety visiting anyone new. Then I was referred here, and it’s been very nice. I no longer have anxiety visiting the dentist. Riverrock is very professional, and care about their patients. :
I hadn't gone to the dentist in a really long time. No one at River rock made me feel bad about that! I ended up needing a deep cleaning. Kelly did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable, knew what she was doing and making my teeth healthy again. The dentist I saw also did a great job filling in my cavity. Thank you guys :
Very professional and accommodating atmosphere. There is a genuine concern for the well being of the patient. "Are you doing alright", "Do you need anything", etc. are phrases used quite often. No hard selling of additional services, but at the same time options for improved health are pointed out. The doctor is personable and takes the time to get to know you and he remembers you the next time you visit. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.
I have been returning to River Rock ever since the first of my teeth grew into my beautiful head! I have never had a negative moment with any of my visits or any member of the staff in all this time. Every single person there is kind and supportive. The newer doctors that replaced my beloved older one are just as pleasant, attentive and funny. I will always reccomend this place to anyone looking for a new permanent dentist!
OUTSTANDING.. I’m not sure where I should even begin, from the first phone call, to meeting them today and feeling so welcomed into their office. I wear a Partial and there’s nothing more embarrassing I think. They where able to get me, X-rays, 2 cavities filled and a very WONDERFUL deep cleaning courtesy of Stacy. All in one day, Along with assessing and handling my partial in ways that I’ve never experienced in 21 years. Hats off to this Team. Thank you.
Excellent dental practice. They take great care of patients in a modern, comfortable setting. Continuity from one appointment to the next supports better health as well. Friendly and efficient communications and billing practices.
Had severe tooth pain and they were able to get me in immediately and not only that when they determined that it was my wisdom they were able to take them out right then, no waiting in pain for another appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly, the facilities were clean and bright, and though its hardly important all of the rooms have a very nice view
Dr. Christianson, all of his assistants and the front desk are amazing! They all go above and beyond to make you feel safe, comfortable and at home! We have used their services for cleanings, fillings, bridges, root canals and braces. Dr. Christianson’s work has been exceptional in all areas. All of the staff is extremely friendly, very helpful and listen to your every word. I would highly recommend River Rock Dental for all your needs and for all ages.
