Community needs a lot of attention and updates and office manager had a very negative attitude of her face not very friendly or customer oriented at all. Was a complete turn off I decided to apply in another community. NOT RECOMMENDED!

THEY sold me a trailer with black mold in walls of bathroom. I informed them That whoever worked on the trailer for them just put board right over it. They said it was my ResponsibilityBecause they told the trailer as is. I was spec ops, AIRFORCE, so I of course Never had asthma... I didn't even know I was having asthma...I went to the VA To get imaging done Of my knee...2 days after father's day... It was so bad that I couldn't eat My lips were purple. They immediately rushed me back put me in a bed And hook me up to a nebulizer... I live there 20 years ago for 8 years and they didn't want to do improvements.. There was 2 children who got MERSA.. It was assumed that the poor drainage was a factor. The pump station before 1st stop sign Will always be problematic during rainy season. There's a reason why they don't fill that place up with trailers... The infrastructure can handle it... Don't buy just rent ...
