I absolutely love IncredibleBank I banked with them for a couple years when I was living in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and I always had a pleasant experience! They have excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and messaging within the app. And honestly, I love their app too! It’s so easy and accommodating to use. One of the better banking apps I have ever experienced.
From our construction loan, original mortgage and refinancing said mortgage at a considerably lower rate, everything was handled efficiently and professionally... also very happy with checking, money market. three-year CD and grandchildren savings accounts as well as a great app! Highly recommend Incredible Bank!
I love incredible bank, everyone is so nice and helpful, I love that if you need to talk to someone at the bank you can just go on the app and hit the chat bubble and it connects you to an option of 3 people even if the bank isn't open you can still ask your question in a text then when they go in the next day they read your question and always reply immediately so you just have to check on your post and if they don't know they always look into for you. Amazing staff and amazing service!
I just opened my account in hopes of someday purchasing a motor home. Incredible came recommended for financing of such vehicles. So far I don’t have anything to say about performance except that I will be closing my B of A account because I hate the way they do business…they are all about charging customers & not helping anyone unless you have millions in their bank so naturally I think they suck!
I worked with Incredible Bank on two loans. Both experiences were very positive, thanks to the ease of the bank’s loan-application system and the communication of John Rasinowich, the lending officer. In addition, he was knowledgeable and helped with any questions, responding very quickly. Highly recommend.
They really do live up to their name. No matter who I am working with at the bank they help me through to the end without passing off to another person or department. They routinely go above and beyond including most recently delivery a check for a real estate closing to save me the expense of a wire transfer. Very pleased!
Coming in from out of state and setting up our accounts before we arrived was painless. Everything was handled professionally. When calling them or visiting in person, they are always willing to help. So glad we made the decision to go with Incredible. They are what their name states.
I love Incredible Bank at Iron Mountain Michigan they make me feel like family they have not judge me when I wouldn’t pay attention to my account they are so wonderful and caring Christie and main branch office manager can’t think of her name I’m sorry they have been exceptional actually everybody there at incredible bank is exceptional. I deal with the Incredible bank in Merrill and I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies working there. I've dealt with many of them and they've been helpful and very friendly and I've never had a question they couldn't answer. I would recommend this bank to everyone.
