One of the rudest places I've ever been to. Went in with my wife and the three employees did nothing but continue the conversation, look at us like we were going to steal something, and never greet us or acknowledge our existence. These stuck-up employees are completely incompetent at customer service and at any other place they would not have a job.
don't know why so many of these reviews are so terrible. i had a wonderful first time experience shopping here the staff was sweet, patient and considerate, helped me with the dressing room and helped when something didn't work. will definitely be coming back here next time im in TN.
NEVER IN my life have I been treated so poorly by an employee of any retail establishment especially one that’s supposed to be upscale . The young blonde at the the counter 8/27 was so rude , ugly and unprofessional I will make sure to let others in the area know not to shop at such a terribly ran establish .
I went to this boutique yesterday. I loved all the clothes, but the customer service was terrible. The staff never greeted me and my sisters. When we looked around the store they stared us down as if we were going to steal. Will never go there ever again. You need to teach your staff how to have more hospitality skills and be more welcoming.
Love the clothes! Just not very size inclusive, and the larges and extra larges fit very small as well. Almost all brands I wear a a size medium or large in pants and the XL’s in the store come no where close to fitting.
I’ve gone in here several times because the clothes are cute but the staff makes the experience really uncomfortable each time so much so that my mom and friends noticed it. We weren’t greeted when we entered and were watched the entire time we looked around.
I shop at this store when I come to Chattanooga because the clothes are adorable. I was in there twice over over my three day stay and both experiences were terrible. The two young ladies there today never greeted the three individuals in the store or looked up from their phones. One lady was trying on clothes but the girls completely ignored her and a sale. Three lost sales, time for new staff.
I love their stuff!!! I went in for the first time to pass time but immediately fell in love. I enjoyed the shoes, tops and jewelry. The bottoms were in the larger side but I still found some things. Definitely will be going back!!!
Very poor customer service!! The cashier was not pleasant. She did not greet us when we entered the store, but greeted others that entered after us. After purchasing an item, she did not say thank you. She said absolutely nothing. We did not feel welcomed and that our business was not appreciated there. I regret spending my money at that establishment!
Incredibly rude and unwelcoming staff. So unfortunate that a small business employs people like this to run their store.
