Do not stay there unless you love drug addicts! And that includes the management!! Nothing but drugs, dealing them and overdoses!!! Don't bother calling the police either...they do absolutely NOTHING! Can't help but wonder if the police are in on it too!! It's the most pathetic place I have ever seen!!! I honestly believe the city needs to take care of it's problem!!!
DONT STAY HERE!! Hell has got to be better, this place is a nightmare we couldn't get out fast enough, better have a body guard with a AK47 if you stay here. Sleep in your car, it's safer!!!!
snow removal hasn't been the greatest. some of the guests are straight garbage people. I understand that its a month to month hotel. oh and the cleaning lady slamming doors, or yelling oh my God about the mess left in other leaving guests rooms. now beyond that they let you have pets at a cost. they will work with you on rent. they are helpful and friendly. they after a year dropped my rent about $200 bucks witch was amazing.
I Wouldn’t even let dirty city rats stay here! Absolutely horrible management, place smells like a Colombian sewer. Really gives you that south side Chicago gas station feel. Met a few locals there and they’re super nice, they even went through my mail for me! Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable mini ghetto to live in!
Everytime I try to call to book a room the line rings and rings. When someone picks up I get put on hold right away and sit on hold for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, someone picks up and just hangs up on me. I never even here a voice. I have been trying to book a 3 month stay for 3 days and Noone will answer. Poor service.
Although they are newer, they were built cheap. I hear the neighbors talk. I heard them farting on the toilet. I have never had such thin walls. They shake significantly when the neighbors close their front door. The sheets are too small for the beds and they come off every time you get in bed. The floors are concrete and feel sticky. We always wear shoes. This would be a nice place if they had not gone cheap.
Had a great month stay here. Credit card/debt cards user be aware they will take the funds out of your account 30days later. Paid for my 1st week on 7/15 and they took the funds out ta my account 8/16. Other than that great place to stay if your working in the area. Will definitely stay here again but will pay cash next time
Posting an honest, accurate and fair review is important to me, otherwise I won't post anything at all. I stayed at the RSS's for a extended period of time and this is without a doubt one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever done business with. On one occasion I woke up to 2+ inches of water on the floor, I called the office and never received a response, my fiance and I ended up doing the necessary clean up ourselves. Because of the flooding a number of our belongings were destroyed, and even though this happened 3 more times over the following week. Their 2 responses to this entire 2 week situation was dropping off a couple of sandbags by our door and also 1 time one of their maintenance guys stopped by to see what was going on. He explained that they have numerous other rental properties that had also flooded and they were very busy but would be back ASAP to help with the clean up. Long story short...no one ever came back and the one thing I still can't believe is that not even once after calling numerous times every day for 2 weeks did they ever reply back to my messages....not even one time. Because we had paid for the entire month my fiance and I had had no other choice but to buy fans, towels and other necessary cleaning supplies and do the clean up ourselves. On other occasions I would call when the toilet would act up at times and not flush, never once did they respond. The TV in our room over time started to lose its picture, I called numerous times....no response....and I could go on and on. There is no staff on site and no amenities are available to the guests. If you do need to contact them for whatever reason you have to contact a sister hotel who rarely has anyone available who can leave their position at that business and come to your location to help you out. It's because of these and other reasons that I would not recommend this establishment to others. I do apologize for the extended review, but I felt details were necessary to properly explain the reasoning behind my opinions.
They're very rude I called and was told"I will get this done in my own time you will not rush" about collecting my personal items that were left behind as I asked to talk to a manager and then got hung up on.Rooms: 1/5
