Sent insurance cards early. Paperwork etc. All clear on my end. They request you send everything to them by time send by 3pm etc. Day of appointment 45 minutes before being seen. On time for my appointment. This is fine, but not fine with all that transpired. While in the exam chair they say they don’t have my insurance information. This is beyond the receptionist area. How did I get beyond this point and no one alerted me for 45 minutes. Lady said I was clear forms filled out nothing for me to do. Ready to leave and they tell me to stay as they are verifying. I still have not had any service done. I finally decide enough of my time is spent and get up to leave after waiting some more. They can’t verify my information and want me to call. There is a number for providers to call on the insurance card. I sent my cards days before as requested from them and made appointment months in advance. I live one hour away and only came as the former dentist I believe who use to own practice recommended, along with a family friend who is a patient. Waste of time. Lady that is taking me back leaves to speak with someone else like a personal conversation. I try to get her attention but it’s like they don’t care. Maybe the doctor is good per the reviews but this is unacceptable. Why did you tell me to text you and send things by a certain time. I also called to make sure we were good for today. I called and spoke the day before my appointment. To be positive I am glad there are other places to get service and will try again elsewhere and closer to home. Please respect people’s time and be professional. Your good reviews are what got me here word of mouth, but this incident is not acceptable.
Very positive experience from the moment we walked into the office. Clean environment, friendly staff, excellent communication and professionalism. If you need a trustworthy dentist,look no further.
It's a bit pricey but it was more of the convenience for me its just hard to contact them by phone but the service I rendered was ok for the most part but if I really had the time to shop around I definitely would have for the service I received by the staff was awesome. Thank you
This place is a mess do not go to doctor Reid for any dental work she's horrible I was always going back so that she correct work that she did and it always about money I had to pay over and over on work she did incorrectly and the place is like a zoo standing-room-only it alot of good dentist out there just not Dr.Karen C Reid with Riviera Beach Dental
I had an experience at gentle dental , it was very traumatizing!! For a long period of time I stayed away from dentist, because they wanted to pull all my teeth !! .. so ever since I heard about Dr.Karen and experience her professionalism!!! Girls and boys, I feel like visiting Dr.Karen office every month!! Real life real talk !!!
Riviera Dental needs an award for amazing service they just provided me. Their experience in the tooth world is top top notch get you end and out with care thank you so very much

Dr. Reid and staff are very polite, friendly and professional. They are excellent at what they do, from the front desk right to the examine room. I have been going there for 17 years and their service is nothing but excellent.
They make appointments for people. Tell you they're going to call you to get your insurance Information never call when you call them to give them the error of information. They don't even have your appointment terrible service
