Rivershed

We got to the river shed a lot and love how it’s a nice small, friendly place. The menu isn’t huge but offers a lot for everyone. They have a bar to sit at if you want and the service is always quick. Food portions are big so don’t worry about leaving hungry. It does get busy so make sure you are ready for a short wait depending on the time and day you go. The parking lot is small so parking is tough and something they need to figure out. All in all it’s a great take and I recommend that you try it out!

Rivershed has a comfy neighborhood feel. The servers are always pleasant and efficient. The food is on the more expensive side for the pub food they serve. Having said that, I had a salmon bowl that was outstanding$22. However, the person I was with ordered fish and chips. There were two small pieces of overcooked/ dry fish and a watery tarter sauce $25.

As a local realtor, I am always on the go! I absolutely love the Salmon Poke bowl. Easy to pick up or dine in! Great atmosphere and live music too.Food: 5/5

Love this place!! After a few months in town I’m still impressed every time I walk through their door!! It has the best specials - ever! The staff treats you like family, the music is perfect, the atmosphere is fun, and the food is seriously incredible!! Plus the beer selection is amazing!!! If you haven’t tried it, you must!! This is by far my favorite spot I’ve found all over Boston and the south shore!! But get there early!! Seats fill up fast!!!

The atmosphere’s fun but the food is unimpressive. My mom got the taco bowl and didn’t like it. It was mostly just meat and a small side salad. I got the southwest salad and it was mostly lettuce. Not tasty enough for what it cost. I also got a mocktail that tasted like Minute Maid. I really wish I liked the food because I love the location! I also really like the GF labels on the menu super helpful.

My wife and I tried this place last night. Great atmosphere, live music was awesome a little loud but very good. Service was good, food was outstanding. Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Very fresh! Kid-friendliness: There was a mixed crowd. A few families, and a bar crowd. Everyone was enjoying the music

One of the great BBQ joints in MA! Food is great, service is with a smile and they have live music. The BBQ is the real deal. The brisket is a must try!!!Food: 5/5

Service 10/10 - bartenders waiters and waitresses are all seasoned and are excellent. Best service in Scituate . Some of the waterfront restaurants have seasonal employees that can be a little green, this isn’t a problem at rivershed. Food 10/10- I’ve eaten at a lot of places in Scituate and this is the best and most consistent food. Caesar salad side instead of French fries, burgers, tacos, southern fried chicken sandwich today was unreal good, it’s all excellent. Atmosphere 9/10- it’s not waterfront and parking can be tricky but the live music all the time and darkish bar is always great. Beautiful summer day and I still find myself wanting to be at rivershed. Price 9/10 - food and beer prices are all reasonable Drinks 10/10 - had to add a new category to my reviews because of the beer selection at rivershed. Best in town. Been here many times and will continue to go here

I liked the place. We went there on a Friday night and it was full. The service was great, the music was nice. The food was good, and the salmon salad was very delicious, definitely will go back for that salad.

Waited 45 mins for drinks after having a reservation. The "manager" came over with an attitude saying we harassed 3 of the waitresses after we had spoken only to the hostess and our waitress. We're told that it was our fault for switching tables, when we were told we could seat ourselves outside. Can't rate the food because we never got it or our drinks.
