Riverside Auto Wash

The guys here were very nice and friendly, took their time, and did amazing prep work on my vehicle. Only thing is, the back was still dirty when I came out. Granted, it was pretty dirty, but isn't that what car washes are for? I don't know, maybe I missed the memo and you're supposed to clean your car BEFORE you go to the car wash these days. But I really do like this place! Maybe more water on the rinse at the end would do the trick. We've had these guys detail our vehicles in the past and they are amazing at that. 5 stars for the detailing side of things forsure.

spent 20.00 on the wash that doesn't even get road grime off the wheels. place is a ripoff. very disappointing. talk to the manager and he tells me to calm, doesn't see a problem with the wash

This carwash is amazing, ask for a full service vip. Vacuum, inside windows and everything wiped down. Looks amazing when done.

Heard about Riverside Auto Wash from my neighbor, he frequents quite often. Was very happy with their services. Will definitely return.

Never been in a car wash before. Didn't know to put car in neutral. Car went flying threw wash the workers made sure the door was open fast enough so didn't crab threw the door. The boys there didn't look too be no more then high school age. Wonderful kids! Thank you boys for your help and patience!

I don't feel like it cleans or dries it as well as the one in Lowell does.

This car wash is great. Attention to detail is appreciated. There are 2 locations; 1 in Lowell and 1 in Ionia which makes it great for buying their monthly wash package. I use it at both locations frequently

Drivers side mirrors never get cleaned by guy or girl. Short haired guy on passengers side always washes mirrors. Get some balance! Also, seem to always move backwards in the middle of wash. When wash is finished it doesn't eject anymore.
