Riverside Car Wash

The worse car wash place I've tried in my entire life. My experience was a horrible one. The workers are drunk, the car cleaning was less than sloppy. I also left a tip, while one of their workers can threatens me with my life, and not letting his co-workers finish the job badly done. It seems like I paid to be called names, be insulted when I asked them to clean properly the back of my car. Avoid this business, bad people, bad manners.Services: Polishing

Used to come here all the time but it seems the service has gotten worse, paid for “the works” package and this is what I was left with ..I called to see if we could rectify the situation but there was no answer and their VM box was full very disappointing will have to go somewhere else going forward

I have been frequenting Riverside car wash recently. Not only have they won Best Car Wash Service in Windsor 3 years in a row but the prices are reasonable and the service is impeccable! Always my Jeep is fresh smelling, shiny and super clean inside and out. I was helped by Tony he was professional, polite, efficient and friendly! Keep up the good work! They have very bad and drunk guy to deal with customers. I just told him to vacuum back seats and he started shouting at me. And saying don’t tell me how to do it.He was spitting on me with no reason. I would suggest avoid this place otherwise you will face this horrible dunk guy.

Brought my sisters van here for an in and out , and for $37 bucks the job was not done very well, when I got home I had to clean more inside plus windex some windows that still had stuff on it . If you have to go over what was supposed to be clean that is not acceptable. I don’t recommend this place if you are looking for a great clean.

This is what the works looks like, folks. $45 and 15 minutes later, these are my mats after the works "powerwash". It's an old van that was pretty dirty, so I wasn't expecting perfection, but looks like they didn't bother. I went back and they tried to upsell me on a detail for $200+. They've done good work for me in the past, but this was a total waste of money. Go elsewhere.

As much as I'd like to give it 5 stars because of the friendly service, I guess paying for fast cheap service is basically what you pay for so don't expect perfection. The inside and windows of my car was beautifully done. As far as for the outside there were some scoffs on the hood and some what looked like to be burn marks but it comes off so it's not engraved on the paint idk if it was from the rubber scrubs but definitely could have used to extra attention, the rear handle for the trunk was still covered in dirt and the inside of the rims of the tires could've needed at least one more minute of water pressure to come out. I still tipped them as the service is was fair and very friendly. If you wanna go to an event and have a clean car quickly this place is good or if you want just the inside done.

Got the quick in and out and I know it's a quick vacuum because you have to pay more obviously but honestly I could have done a better job at a coin op wash, they didn't even spend 2-3 Mims vacuuming because they were busy, wash was okay.
