Riverside County Social Service

I got a paper stating they are cancelling my stuff due to me missing my appointment call, busy with my children first day back to school ...When I give them a call back vms are full & can't get through the phones. Please I know you guys deals with a-lot but this is a job that you guys choose so be the best help you can be or find a different career shutting out the world only causes people to become more frustrated & irritable. Fix your system ! Please.

I’ve had nothing but the worst experiences with the most ignorant and rude workers in this office. I am literally just trying to get help yet they make it nearly impossibly by NEVER answering the phone and NEVER returning my calls. I had a due date to reapply and I needed help with 1 document but they never got back to me it’s been one entire month now and as a result, my benefits are now discontinued. Terrible customer service, quite possibly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s truly shameful that they don’t take their job seriously enough to assist those that seek help.

The staff is helpful and everything is fast, you just need to wait until they call you Kind service

None of the social workers answer their voicemails, since you can't ever call them and expect a person to answer they claim they'll call back within 24 hours and say if they don't then call their supervisor and when you can supervisor they also state they'll call you back within a day and STILL NO ONE responds!

Very slow with taking care of the individuals and their cases. Waited 2 hrs. Didn't give us all the correct information. If questions were asked about the forms that were given, it was said apparently you didnt read it correctly or thoroughly. I wanted to double check to make sure we were given the correct paperwork. When working with the public you should respect everyone you don't know their situation rude responses and behavior isn't professional!!

The worst county to receive help. My caseworker Sucks she never picks up it is a mission just to call customer service and then they never submit your documents when posted and then say they’ll give you your benefits and three days after you’ve already submitted your documents two weeks ago !!definitely not a county I would like to receive benefits from will consider relocating

I had to go get my EBT card. That way i could get The Obama phone across the street. Or possibly Come on up on a tablet for maybe $11 or for free!!

The workers here are a blessing I'm so grateful for them they have assisted me with finding resources that I need in a difficult moment in life giving me a chance to pursue my dreams and goals of going to school for safety science. Thank you all so much.. p.s they security guard here is rude.disrespectful but it's ok I understand it can be stressful.overall thank you all and God bless

I've give rides to this County Office and I can say that, they're sufficient,, they're there to do their jobs, they get the people in and get them out and that's what I like about this place,and for these reasons I have to give this place 2 thumbs up,,Go Riverside County DPSS, for being there for the people I help get there to their appts..

Seriously there are 4 people behind the counter and only one and sometimes two are taking clients .. and at a very very slow pace! Where is the supervisor? Why are the receptionist not working and just sitting there?
