Worse medical practice Dr.abudamar and Dr. paik are the worse Doctors ever had !! I have never met them in person, they are never there every thing phone calls , I never got physical there done . It’s like they don’t want you there to help you . I am going through health issues and they don’t take the time to figure out what I have I been going through this valley of sickness for about almost 11/2 yr and haven’t gotten no where with them I told her if you can’t find what’s wrong then request a full CT scan and said no . So, I this point they gave up on me and truly these are not real doctors that want to help they are fake living the life of Dr.Fake’s and we are sicker and they don’t try to help you they just recommend to switch you with another doctor of there practice if it’s not working out with them. I’m done , I feel if stay with them I might not be able to get treated and make it i just hope that they don’t have to go through any medical issues and they are don’t have to suffer to fine a real doctor to help them. Because they think they have it all under control in there life . I don’t understand why be a Doctor if you give up on patient's what’s they point‍

Do not bother. I do not usually post anything/ review anything but this is not acceptable anywhere especially in the medical field. I was able to get a phone call, once, to speak to a Dr. hence the star. I then spent a month waiting for them to submit two referrals. Nothing crazy a referral for a hearing test and a torn shoulder. They are supposed to be submitted within 7 days. Did not happen. Two weeks had passed so I called and called, every other day and could not get anyone on the phone. I had to leave messages, to which I was never called back. My symptoms getting worse and now a trip to urgent care. A month later I contact my insurance company. worried that if i change Drs offices the process would have to start all over, but was reassured they wouldn't let that happen. They stated nothing was submitted. While I was on the phone call they contacted the Drs office. The Drs office states they just submitted it today... a month later... and coincidentally they same day that my insurance company contacts them. Again Go anywhere else. Your health is to important!!

"Wow!" DR. VICKY MAI, D.O. at Riverside Family Physicians is THE best Primary Care Provider I have ever had. I'm now 69... been seeing her for about 10 years. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Mai. Use her as your own PCP, if you can. I believe you will agree that Dr. Mai is a blessing!! "Thank you, Dr. Mai!" Susan M.

All the doctors and PAs here are awesome! Their answering and appt service leaves something to be desired, but once you get there it's all good. Had many, many worse health care providers and few better. I think they’ve changed answering service providers as it seems much better lately. I’m upgrading their stars. It’s a very nice, clean and spacious office and the wait time is very short. Most times there’s only one other person in the waiting room, or none. Their staff of intake people, PAs, doctors and others are first rate. I’ve seen Dr Smith a lot, he was a very kind and gracious person. Sadly, he’s now passed away. Once when I needed help with a County office they faxed over something immediately and got it taken care of for me. I really appreciate the little extra things they do. Also, they work closely with the Riverwalk HealthMart in the complex, and the communication between them has been very helpful to me.

If I could give a zero start I would. Went because I needed blood work for my pregnancy. Surprisingly, the blood work was scheduled promptly, but the follow up was ghostly. I was told once they received my blood work I would get a call. I received my blood work, no call. I called them to speak to a doctor, got their voicemail. Called the next day no call back, called the next no call back. A month later still haven’t heard from them. I was scared and nervous about this pregnancy and ultimately felt abandoned by my health care “professional”.

This office is so dissapointing , I scheduled tele appointments never received a call back , they never have any appointments available. I transferred my care to Temescal valley Riverside med group and they are amazing so happy there my new Dr Lacera is just the best. They truly care unlike Riverwalk office.

Nice and clean place I like very much my Dr. Capistrano and my son's Doctor Soltani they are very good concerned Doctors and also the nurses and staffs are friendly and accomodating.

This is my first visit with Dr. Paik. I have been waiting for her to come in to see me for about 30 minutes now. After waiting 40 minutes she came in. Dr. Paik was very nice and informative. She listened to my questions and answered them all. I was pleased. After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, but was presently surprised. Even the front office staff was nice. I did have to call 3 times before getting someone on the phone this morning, but other than that, it was all good.

It's 4:52 pm and the office is already closed. It says they are open till 5. Shouldn't be closing till 5pm.

I've not met anyone yet face to face, but my initial phone visits with the staff appts, records, and Nurse Practitioner Sabrina Garrovillas has gone really well! My initial telephone meet and great with Dr. Ana Ivanova went fantastic. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me. I truly appreciated her thoroughness and never felt rushed.
