We cannot say enough great things about Riverside Veterinary! We always have professional care and we have never had a bad experience. This is our furbaby Roxy’s second home, as we travel a lot. Shout out to Nick for always taking care of our girl when we aren't home to do so. Dr. Rich and Dr. Katie are absolutely amazing! A huge thanks to all of you for taking care of Roxy, and our kitties when needed. If you are looking for a friendly, compassionate, professional bet for your fur babies, Riverside is your place!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. My pet was injured and the vet would not work with me at all wouldnt even talk to me on the phone. I was laid off and they won't accept payments nor will they give any advice on how to make my pet more comfortable. How can you even be a vet but be so heartless when it comes to caring for animals in need. This is terrible service and I would never recommend this place unless your made of money because that's clearly all they care about. Such a shame you shouldn't even call yourself a vet. So disappointing! Update: I spoke with someone at your office again today to "discuss the issue further" and was given the same response that you won't do anything for me without a payment in full and that they are sorry. Ridiculous and a complete waste of my time. If you didn't plan on helping the situation why have me call back?
Dr. Amy and her staff are absolutely amazing with my crazy wild puppy and my bearded dragon. The sweetest most caring people. Also they make sure all of your worries are addressed and taken care of. My girls love going to the vet!
If you have pet rats, this is the place to go! As many rat owners may know, rats usually live short lifespans. The average elder age is 2 years. From the start of having my own little trio of rats to eventually having 8, I have been coming here. This place is absolutely phenomenal and put so much care into their work. They will always ask for your consent before going ahead with things, and respect your decisions 100%. They treat respiratory infections which is what rats can be prone to have. They have actually saved my rats before after hurricane IDA, petunia had almost passed from all the events. With provided help and medication she made it through very healthy :. I’ve had two rats put down recently, due to separate health reasons. They were so genuinely kind and helped me feel at ease with the process. They ensure your animals go peacefully, and that brings the greatest amount of comfort int trying times. I love this place and I will continue to keep going here for all my animals. Fair prices, great employees, all around wonderful vet office. Photos included: personal card for my rats. Signed by the entire office, made me shed some tears. Thank you so much.
It was a great visit for Beans. Dr. Amy and her assistant was great with her. I am glad I decided to make our 1st appointment at Riverside Vet Hospital!
Dr Munchausen was very good with my bearded dragon. It’s hard to find a vet who sees beardies! The visit was timely and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be using Dr Munchausen again!
Had an emergency with a pet and although they were booked, they made the time to treat my baby. Staff is helpful and very hospitable. I use them for all my pets. Have not regretted anything about them. Not once.
Dr Amy did a great job with my Guinea Pigs. They are rescues and they scare easily. Dr Amy and her assistant were sweet, knowledgeable, and handled my 2 girls very well. Sadie and Fleur say Thank You!
I have been taking my fur babies to Riverside for 10+ years and would not even consider any place else. Dr. Jimmie Maxwell is absolutely amazing!
They are great with my bearded dragon and addressing the concerns I have. If you have an exotic pet they are a great place to bring them to make sure they are healthy and on-track.
