This dude doesn't know what hes doing. Took him almost 2 months to fix a small problem with my laptop. He probably watched a youtube video on how to do it over and over until he finally did it. He also disabled my wi-fi so he gave me a usb wi-fi adapter after I complained for awhile about it and he then told me it was $75 bucks and saying that hes so generous because he let me have it for free after disabling my internal wi-fi. It broke within a week so I later found the same exact usb wifi adapter for 12 bucks at staples but I decided to get a better quality one for 8 bucks more that is almost completely invisible when the other one was huge, super slow and broke fast. He also gave me someone elses piece of crap cord and gave my brand new cord to someone else. That cord broke within a week. Don't listen to this guys B.S. He needs to go back to school and get a better job at Geek Squad or something.
