rivertown federal CU

I'm a 2nd generation customer. I have had nothing but great experiences with this credit union. I have plenty of friends and family that have had bad experiences with certain credit unions. Throughout my over 11 yrs being with them. I've had multiple experiences with them that have reassured me that I made the right decision to do business with them.

Unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. I travel for a living and bank at participating credit unions while on the road. I have never felt less welcome and was made to feel like I was wasting their time. I was the only person in the bank and asked a simple question only to get a condescending response. Never again Rivertown.

Apparently my money is no good there. I rolled up all of my change I’ve saved up over the years in the paper rolls and brought it in to exchange for cash. I’m a member at a co-op credit union but because I’m not a member at their credit union they wouldn’t exchange my coins for cash. What’s the point of being in a co-op if you won’t conduct business with members of the co-op?

Been with them since the early 90's and I've never had any issues and the associates are wonderful. Best credit union in town #1.

Awful customer service. I typically don’t post negative reviews however this is not just on one occasion, it’s been an unwelcoming and unfriendly experience every time.

Called asking for help and lady was rude and didn't help me in any way and just hung up on me and cant get ahold of anyone else worst bank I've dealt with by far

Took my card and redacted It for no reason at the atm, complete hassle, unbelievable

Erica Cordell went far above and beyond without asking. This is by far the best experience I've had for lending

The staff is great and loan rates are low!
