Super clean and well maintained park! The views were beautiful and the trails were easy for kids and adults! We saw the park but it was too busy for us to play out today, but it is Friday so we'll try again on a different day!
Nice clean place to gamble. They sanitize the machines every time someone gets done gambling. Nice friendly atmosphere! Very nice lady that works there. No smoking in the building but they will hold your machine while you go outside to smoke. I love this place!
We stopped here for a picnic lunch on our way through town for an event in Springfield. It was a little hard at first to find the restroom more signs would be great but we’re so glad to finally find it! The view for our lunch was outstanding. Thanks for the tables and good trash cans for our waste! Wish we’d had more time so we could have explored the trails. Next time!

Home to MANY black squirrels. Beautiful trees and scenic views of the river from a high elevation hundred ft or so. There is a playground and several picnic tables, or just pull off the road and find a shade tree. There are bathrooms near the playground and another scenic view down that way if you feel like seeing the whole park. There are several paved trails through the woods as well. Please pick up any trash you see even if it's not yours and mind the speed limit 15mph, we don't need to be running over any wildlife or people. Playground: Several swingsets as well as a mommy/baby swing, jungle gym and a picnic area all near the restrooms.
The view here was awesome. If you have kids this is the stop to make on a road trip. We took our kids to the park to let them get some energy put which was definitely helpful on our ride back to Chicago! My wife decided the slide would be a fun activity for herself. The kids loved the monkey bars and running through the gravel building mounds! We would definitely stop here again next year on our way back.
Beautiful scenery, overlooks the Mighty Mississippi River. Dog-friendliness: Leashed dogs are allowed, I do believe.
Beautiful and peaceful. There are trails and paved areas to walk or cycle. Interesting trees to admire. I love walking my dog there. The stone wall overlooking some of the Mississippi River islands was such a peaceful place to sit and reflect or read a book. Very clean park. My new favorite place in Hannibal!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitPrice for adult entryFree
Wonderful playground, once you come to the first stop sign, turn right for the playground. Very open and shaded with a pavilion
Very beautiful spot overlooking the Mississippi River. There are some nice hiking trails through the woods, but the overlooks are also accessible by car. A great place to stop and have a picnic or stretch your legs when traveling I-70. Easily accessible from the highway.
