Riverwalk Cafe at HYATT Regency

I do not usually leave bad reviews; but this restaurant needs it. It is the dirtiest place I have ever sat down to eat, down to the refilled bottle of ketchup. They did not even bother wipe clean the tables and this grime it’s not just from one person, it’s sticky and greasy! You can do better, you have a full restaurant after an event and plenty of time to prepare before the rush starts!

Had the worst experience. We asked to sit by the window to see the view of the river, that was the main reason we wanted to eat here. The hostess said that we could not sit by the window and put us in the other section that was ugly and old. There were open tables so we asked again after being seated and she said that those seats were taken. We talked to the manager and he said those tables were opened the entire time.

Excellent food! We ate here 3 different times and it was always great service and great tasting meals. The short rib Benedict was delicious. The jerk chicken Mac n cheese was awesome. Alex at the bar was very kind, respectful, and professional.

Bridgeport, that’s what my then ex German-American gf nicknamed this restaurant, it’s a compliment. I went there for breakfast order Short Rib Eggs Benedict with grapefruit juice. Later the same day during the evening I ordered a burger w/avocado and it comes with fries. Good service on both shifts. Cue in the song Charli XCX Boom Clap. This visit is dedicated to her. Not sure what folks are complaining about. Food was very good, service was good and the price was consistent for rhe area. We stayed at the hotel and ate breakfast and dinner. Burgers are excellent.Food: 4/5

We had dinner here Christmas Eve and the special courses were great. Staffs were super nice and considerate. Satisfying dining experience!

The place was nothing to write home about. The food was very good, the beer was really cold!! What really deserves 5+ stars is the service received by Dino. What a graceful gentleman. Thank Sr. You made our afternoon.Food: 5/5

Food is ok but chef tries to give you a stroke with the amount of salt in it. Green salad is heart-friendly. Service is chaotic and slow, but staff friendly enough. Zero atmosphere, it's just a hotel restaurant.Food: 3/5

The service was so bad I had to write this review. We waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence. Then another 10 minutes for water. Our server didn't serve us, instead it was some mix of the other server and the food runner. The caesar salad was like they just emptied one of the premade ones packaged up in the refrigerator from the store nearby. The chicken wings were the SALTIEST food I've ever tried to eat and the "jerk" chicken Mac and Cheese was ok. Never again.

Comfortable lounge with nice river views. Hostess was friendly, helpful and made our stay pleasant.Food: 4/5
