RiverWatch Self Storage

Had to store two vehicles here for two years as my family was headed overseas. We had issues with our card at one point and they were willing to work with us while we dealt with that. When we returned both vehicles were where we left them. What more could you want? We had a very good experience with them!

The staff at Riverwatch Self Storage were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my storage unit in about 20 minutes. The prices are very good as well. If you need a storage unit, I recommend Riverwatch Self Storage. I really feel that my belongings are safe and secure with all the security cameras they have monitoring the property.

Decent price, but my trailer was broken into and things stolen from it. Despite several reported incidents they never informed me to check my property. The thieves first tried to pry the door, then removed a temporary cover for a broken window to gain entry and exposed the interior of the camper to several days of rain. An email was sent a week or two back about trash gathering in the vehicle lot which makes sense now: the thieves made multiple trips over several days and created trash when they took covers off of people's belongings and drug things out of them. Disappointed in the lack of diligence of the lot.

I've been renting 2 spots here for nearly 5 years. The grounds are always immaculate, the staff is wonderful and the prices can't be beat. A+++ Go see them. Best SS in Augusta Ga. Get a carwash too.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The parking space prices are reasonable and so are the units. This facility is very clean and nice and tons of security. I would suggest Riverwatch self storage to anyone who needs to rent storage units or even parking for a RV/Boat.

Riverwatch has been great for us. There are more inexpensive places around town, but let's just say you definitely get what you pay for. The ease of access, friendliness of staff, cleanliness and high quality units are all wonderful. One of the biggest selling points was that a large commercial truck or even an 18-wheeler can easily get in and out of the facility. This made moving our belongings into a unit a breeze. 5 stars, I would definitely recommend Riverwatch Self Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit in the CSRA.

We have had a unit a Riverwatch for 7 years and have never had a single problem. We recenty rented 2 more unites and the service and follow up was wonderful. The units are all clean and well kept. Riverwatch Storage is highly recommended!

The soft touch car wash broke down during the session. Left soapsuds all over my car. I had to go to a regular car wash bay to rinse off the residue. The car wash does not have a phone number so breakdowns can be reported. Only an antiquated comment box. I ended up calling the Riverwatch self storage facility, owners of the car wash, and left a message in which Jean called me back Saturday afternoon. Jean was nice but the blonde manager that was on duty the day I came in to retrieve my credit was rude and disrespectful. She assumed that people who come in there to request a credit are trying to deceive the company. She stated, and I quote, "so you want everything" when I asked to be fully credited the car wash and the expense I paid to rinse the car at their facility which, was two dollars. The manager at this facility should not assume that people who have a poor experience at their car wash are trying to deceive them in some way shape or form. Many people are honest consumers!

I have had a great experience with Riverwatch Storage. There's in a good location, with additional security, and they have a friendly staff. The storage units are roomy, and competitively priced. I would definitely recommend this for looking for a storage facility.

The location is great! Staff is always professional and very helpful! The property grounds are very well kept and extremely safe. I highly recommend Riverwatch storage facility to anyone that lives in the West Augusta Area!
