This review is for the Showplace Theater only. We love going to see concerts here. The intimacy you have here with the artists is amazing, and the sound is spot on. We have seen several shows here and have not been disappointed. The prices at the bar are very reasonable too. I just wish they could find a way to book more talent.
Small local casino with an equally small hotel attached, in a cornfield next to a highway. Typical casino, nothing special or horrible about it. You give them money and you leave. Small food court with major fast food chains, and one sit-down restaurant with decent and GENEROUS portions. The buffet is only open for limited days of the week, so I didn't try it. The hotel side is also your normal hotel. They offer coffee and juice in the lobby, but that is about it besides a vending machine or two. They do not have a pool, or fitness center, but the business center has a PC and printer. Parking is ample and the service was average. The room was nice with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and TV. The view is either the cornfield or Mcdonald's and marshy area in the distance. Now cleanliness is another thing. The refrigerator was visibly dirty, and the bottom two shelves were sticky to the point that I just left my items there when I left. The shower curtain didn't reach the tub, so water soaked the floor every time I used it. The shower drain was "stuck", but with a little effort it, along with a ton of hair came right up!
Riverwind Casino offers ample winning opportunities, although the lack of a non-smoking section might be a concern for some. My experience included both victories and losses. The casino itself exudes an aged ambiance, yet hints at ongoing renovation efforts. However, the extent of modernization remains questionable. On-site dining options are available, albeit slightly pricier than typical establishments. Complimentary beverages like water and soda are offered near the entrance upon request.
Wide variety of slot machines and very limited table games. No self service of sodas, coffee and teas. Servers would provide the free drinks. Plenty of food options! Didn’t see any hand pays!
I did the all you can eat buffet on Saturday, which includes snow crab legs. Everything was delicious I got there around 6pm it was about a hour wait, but it was worth it. I mainly ate crab legs, the fried shrimp was good as well as the catfish. I saved a little room for desert, which I chose the bread pudding with carmel and vanilla sauce, but they had alot of options for $45. I will definitely be back . If you get the Riverwind card you save $6
Riverwind Casino is a very good casino. They have a large variety of slots and a good amount of table games. The table games are very affordable. Smoking is allowed in the facility, but there is a smoke free area, and the ventilation is very good in the smoking area.
River Wind Casino is a fantastic spot for gaming enthusiasts, but I do wish there were more table games available. Despite that, the electronic roulette table is a standout feature, providing an enjoyable gaming experience. The casino's gesture of offering free soft drinks is a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall positive experience. With a wider selection of table games, River Wind Casino would undoubtedly become an even more appealing destination for those seeking an exhilarating gaming adventure.
I absolutely love the poker room here. I try to get here by 9 AM to make sure I'm one of the 1st to get a table.. But not that bad of wait even on the weekends.
Great place to play, newly renovated, and now includes a non-smoking section. Very friendly staff, and evening manager even helped to make sure my support animal was placed in their system under my name just to make sure he would always be welcome. We came back about a week later, and she remembered his name. It really showed me how much she cares about the people who come through the doors there every night.
All-you-can-eat crab legs!!!! Yum. My first time having crab legs and I had like 3 buckets. If your are in Moore Oklahoma are gotta stop in and try them
